Rogers Auto and Towing

Today I had an 830am appointment to get my Winter stock wheels put back on and my summer wheels taken off. I also needed an oil change. They let me know my front break needed to be done so I had them do my brake pads. My 2017 Lexus IS 300 has 21,490 miles so I only had them do my brake pads instead of both Pads and Rotors. As usual I was finished by 1045. Pretty quick if you ask me considering. I also forgot my stock lugs at home so I had them order new ones. I go out totaling $478.00! Not too bad and they did a great job! I have going there. Before Elaine bought the business. Great customer service and wonderful quality of work. Highly recommended!

Called In for an emergency appointment not really from this area they took me in last minute. Sean took the time to explain my options got me back on the road quickly. Place was clean everyone was friendly. Thanks again.

Took my car in for an a/c problem. Didn’t have an appointment but Alain was able to take the car & fixed the issue the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was after I explained the issues. I’ve been to other places where they weren’t sure what was wrong & just guessed at it. They called to let me know what they found & the price before doing the job. I’ve know Rogers for over 30 years. They are fair priced, good mechanics and understand diagnostics in a car. They’ve done a variety of work for me from simple oil changes and flatbed towing, to tie rods, and alternators - I’ve never had an issue. This is a family of lifetime mechanics. I highly recommend them especially as a female.

They’ve been in business for a long time for a reason and it’s a great place to get your emissions test done.

Just had them out for road service via 3rd party dispatch. From call till arrival around the corner at the truck stop less then 30minutes which is awesome. Tech came out and had the parts on hand to fix the problems and was super friendly would absolutely use them again.

I recently had my Honda Element serviced at Rogers. In the past, I had always brought my car to the dealership. My car is now 14 years old and I figured I would try a repair shop closer to where I live. All the people there were helpful and accommodating. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. The cost for the repairs was very reasonble.

The most honest, fair and helpful car repair shop we've encountered! We drive 20 min just to get to them. We've always been able to get our cars in right away and we've been very satisfied with the work and cost every time.

Love this place. Want emissions testing? Just pull in front and park (8am to 5pm). Go inside and 15 minutes later you're done. Minus $20 of course... CT sucks. You can watch your car getting tested on the video monitor. Very easy to get to as well. Right next to the Pilot.

The only place I take my car when it has a problem. Replaced a leaking caliper for 250 total--parts and labor--where other places would have easily charged 400-500. A while back also replaced an alternator and charged only one hour labor--total cost was around 180 with a new alternator. These guys do honest work and don't overcharge.

Needed a towing service recently for my car. Rick from this shop was very prompt and extremely polite! I had a rough day till then and this guy was very nice and helpful. I'd recommend these guys highly!
