Not only did I find what I was looking for, and more, the staff was great. One helped me find a few things and assisted me in picking the best option of the variety available and the cashier helped me with the app and coupons at checkout. More than satisfied with the entire adventure I had here and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future

We were struggling to find the right size frame. An employee came right over with a tape measure and actually helped pick out the best color frame. She also reminded us to use the 30% coupon. Just when you give up on customer service, you get a pleasant and informative customer service experience.

I can't get enough of this store. They have a great sale on glass beads and I have racked up!!! The prices can't be beat!
I was shocked and disappointed when I went to Jo-Ann fabrics and could have been ripped off if I didn't comparison shop. Michael's prices are very reasonable. The quality of the beads are great. They have a very good selection of beads. Good customer service in the store is always intact.

Great place for our art and craft needs for many years

So many Christmas items in-store. I stopped in to pick up an order for a set of craft scissors. The set of 12 was on sale for $14 and they cut all different designs. Great deal with my $5 reward coupon!

Good selection, especially of beads and jewelry findings. The store seems organized and I didn't need to spend any time waiting in line. My only complaint is that they don't have the "ultra smooth" canvas I've seen at other Michaels locations. (They have tons of other canvases though.)

It was a pleasant visit. They have a lot of products to help you with any arts and crafts projects. Choose from creating a variety of seasonal or special occasion centerpieces, floral arrangements, wedding albums or scrapbooks, custom design photo frames, and so much more.

Ever since I started visiting Michaels, I can’t stop going there especially when I’m near its neighboring stores… the store is always cluttered free, well stocked, looks neat and clean, and most importantly the seasonal aisles always stocked with something new. The associates are very nice and friendly, and always busy on the floor and at the checkout counters…

Such a nice clean organized store. They have everything you need to do whatever fits your fancy. The coupons can not be beat. You can save your self some serious cash. They also have tons of frames and framing services. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have questions just ask. Nice place!

In my opinion Michaels is the best arts and crafts store out there. They carry something for everyone from children to adults.
The store in North Haven is never overcrowded, and always clean. The items are always neat on the shelves too. The lines at the registers move quickly, so there's never an issue of making a quick stop to pick up a few items.
The store is well organized with tons of options in each category. If you did need any help there are actually employees in a store who can help, unlike some other stores like Walmart. They are all knowledgeable about the products.
If you currently don't have a hobby, or looking to continue with one, I highly recommend Michaels. The pricing won't hurt your wallet either.

Great store, always deals

The staff here is very helpful. They also have a very wide selection of products, including a very large selection of some less "demanded" products, such as less commonly used paint colors. They had everything I needed in stock, in store, when I needed a very specific set of products, unlike other stores.

They had such a great Christmas clearance for my classroom and my house. I purchased many items even acrylic paint. I was happy to make a stop.

Workers are always helpful and super friendly. Clean, everything is labeled, and it's so easy to shop for what you need.

I love Michael's I can stay in that store all day love arts and crafts
