I took my 4 year daughter for her first "real" haircut and am still amazed every time I look at her. Mark was so kind and made her feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be going back for my hair and her hair. It is very easy to get to and right across from the green in Milford.

This was our first visit. My preteen got a haircut that she absolutely loves. The stylist listed to her and did a great job. The salon felt clean and safe. The cost of the cut was half of what we pay at our regular salon, which was closed today. We will be back!

Looks Hair Design is wonderful. I was there the other day for highlights, and a haircut. The salon is such a friendly, welcoming place. Lori did my hair, and it’s was the best haircut, and highlights that I have ever received!! I highly recommend Looks Hair Design, and can’t wait for my next appointment. Diana is the only person who I will let cut my hair. I travel from Stamford to Milford every month for my hair-cut. Recently I started to have Diana color my hair and she got it exactly right, and I got many compliments. The shop is a friendly safe place, no reason to ever go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Diana for years. She always gives me a great cut. I’ve also had color/highlights done an was very happy. I appreciate Looks Hair Design adherence to COVID protocols. A great place!

I've been a client at Looks since I moved to Milford in 2012. Even though I have moved around within the state, I will always go to Looks! The salon is very clean, and everyone is friendly and professional. Christie and Diana are my go to ladies. They both do an excellent job. They even did hair and makeup for my wedding a few years ago, which was special to have my trusted stylists by my side!

Like most guys, I usually just hit the local barbershop for a haircut, but more often than not, I wasn’t thrilled with the reflection staring back in the mirror. But I just kept going back for even more, and to add insult to injury, sometimes I had to wait an hour or more because of all the kids packed in on a Saturday. Quite by accident, I ended up at Looks when they were still in the Mall, and Diana has been cutting my hair for the better part of 25 years now. I make an appointment, she takes me on time, and out the door, I go. I’ve never been disappointed with the haircut she’s given me, in fact, as my hairline has changed, she’s made adjustments that fit my age. Five stars *****

I love the cut and coloring. Diana is very patient. She listens to how I want my hair done and then works around it to make it look good. I have had lots of compliments on the color and the cut!

They were so accommodating and friendly, and not only were they affordable but they gave me the best haircut I have had in years. I have been a customer for over 20 years since they were in the Ct. mall. I had been searching for a long time before that and had been disappointed every place I went. Finding them in the mall was pure coincidence and luck.
From the very first visit, I knew I was going to keep coming back. They are incredible. They make you feel at home while maintaining their professionalism. Dianna, Mark et.al. Rock nor only as high-performance hair professionals but also as human beings. Have been religiously returning every few weeks for over six years.
