Today I went into the store right when it opened. I’m not from here, I live in Texas and am visiting for a wedding. My original dress ripped this morning and I came straight to the mall to get a new one at 10am before the wedding started at 11am. I went into this store because I love Francesca’s and always shop at the one in Dallas areas. I so wish I could have gotten the lady’s name (the receipt says Heather so that could be her name) who helped me but she was amazing! I walked in and told her what happened and she immediately found all the dresses for me to try on and once I found one she helped with my shoes and helping me get jewelry to match. I hope this gets back to her, she was so kind and helpful and on a stressful but great day like this. I really appreciate all the help she did.

Very welcoming environment and staff. The workers are super duper enthusiastic. 10/10 would totally come again.

Very nice boutique. Almost everything is on sale right now which is a great deal! We were looking for dresses but unfortunately not much there works for curvier teens. Pretty stuff stuff though and nicely arranged.
