Banana Republic Factory Store

It was a good experience just didnt have a lot of time to shop. But I hurried and bought 2 shirts that was on sale...

I went shopping today and Carrie was awesome. It’s been so long since I last felt like outstanding service was provided. She was kind, patient and extremely attentive. I am very picky when shopping for clothes and I was able to buy many items today. She helped me find the right size, the only one that she didn’t find in store she did the transaction on line. She was wonderful and working during these difficult times made me acknowledge her workin this review. Thank you! Management should appreciate her hard work!

Outlet store clothing has been lacking for a while now (going on years truthfully). But interestingly, the boutique store clothing is top notch and very nice. The key is to go to a boutique and try get sale items there.

Lot of great finds. The price tags were not in line with a factory outlet store however everything was 50% off so it made it a much more doable shopping experience.

Excellent customer service. Mistakenly left my phone in there after trying on 2 pairs of pants and purchasing them. The woman at the front desk was so nice and so sweet. When I came walking back ,after walking a mile in foxwoods, I turned back around and she had it there for me. Thank you so much.

*spoiler alert*, 1) not a republic of bananas, 2) didnt see any bananas at all. While I was there I met some friendly staff, and some cool clothes. Would stop again.
