Employees are nice at this location not so much in orange, always a pleasant shopping experience here. Aside from my shopping experience, They literally have the cleanest bathrooms!

I called the store about sneakers I saw online, but was unsure of my size and spoke to Devon at the store, she put both sizes I was interested in to the side for me. As soon as I got off work, I went to the store and tried them on and selected my size. Went to check out and the sneakers didn't ring up at the price that I saw online. Register girl called someone to the front, and another person was up there within seconds and I got my sneakers for the price I saw online. I like when associates work together to make a successful transaction happen. Glad that they moved from North Haven to Hamden too.

I don't really buy shoes here, because I tend to wear shoes that are more unique-- but my son loves it here. He is a schoolteacher and we are always able to find him nice, well-made shoes that are inexpensive. The people who work here are polite and the lines are usually short.

Found some nice Converses for my mother in law the store was nice and clean and the staff was nice and we were in and out.

Still has awesome shoes, the varieties are amazing. Great store to buy a lot of different shoes for different people. Thank you so much.
