I just switched over a couple weeks ago but they know my name and I've received two shots, one FIA Covid booster and the other for the flu, I felt neither of them. I'm glad I switched.

I'm a new patron but so far this pharmacy has been excellent! Plus the pharmacist and staff are so kind and knowledgeable too. And if that wasn't enough to convince you to switch to them know that they also have incredibly fast service. It's so important, especially in times like these that we intentionally seek out and support small businesses. I will soon be switching all of my medication to them.

Fairly new to Oxford and drove by this pharmacy everyday but never stopped in. Decided to check it out to get my flu shot. They had my preferred brand and took me right away. Frank provided great customer service and mentioned they match the same benefits my insurance provides at other major pharmacies. Overall great place!

Great fast service. Very friendly shows interest in you and your needs. Would return here before going to larger chain. My dentist is in same complex easy to fill scripts if needed after appts with dentist. Very nice and pleasant experiences. They were very helpful even though I use a major chain for other RX, but they were okay to fill script without hesitation because they can still review all medications regardless of where they are filled. So for my dental medications are easy to fill because they are next door ad mentioned plus the kindness surpasses any major chain.

I have been going to Oxford Pharmacy for approximately 18 years. I love the pharmacists especially Frank, who is always there to help. All the pharmacy staff are wonderful people and are always available for any questions or concerns. I would recommend the pharmacy to anyone who is looking for a a home town mom and pop kinda pharmacy with the knowledge of pharmaceuticals.

I switched pharmacies due to the complications & miscommunications of the larger franchises & pharmacies. Even other “mom and pops” kind of pharmacies because of the quality of medication - this pharmacy asked me about generic versus getting non generic - I’ve never been asked that before in my life! Finally, some place that cares, and this was when I arrived minutes passed closing time & needed to fill a prescription and the gentleman and lady came back, happily unlocked the door & took their time in assisting me with filling prescriptions. This blew me away.

I was originally referred here from my fiancé that used to come here years ago, and he mentioned it after a nightmare at (Big Pharmacy Name Here). I met Frank, who welcomed me, the cashier who asked if I had questions, was patient and kind, they answer all my questions without making you feel you’re a bother, they tell you when the next time to fill is, I mean, I can’t say enough! This place is definitely a decision made that I doubt I’ll regret. In fact, I almost hesitated writing this review because like someone else wrote, I don’t want to share them! Lol I hope they don’t become too busy! I’m one of the lucky ones that has 10+ prescriptions a month (allergies, inhalers, Epi-pens, corticosteroids, eczema creams, OTC meds, Fiancé is a diabetic and that alone is a lot, and medications for other diagnosis’s I’ve had for years now). Not being looked at as a walking medical problem / risk is extremely comforting.

They get you out the door within 5-10 minutes tops. It’s on my way home from work, and 15 minutes from home. This is my go-to pharmacy from now on, after a few months now I can say (my fiancé included) are extremely grateful for Frank, his wonderful staff, and the treatment we receive here.

I do wish they had an app (they somewhat do, but it’s all manual and not really “their” app) but if that’s the only downside, then I’m still ecstatic at the level of service here. Thank you Oxford Pharmacy! Truly one of a kind! 🙏🏼😊

Absolutely love this place! Staff is super personable. Love the small town feel of walking in and they know my name! You can't get a better pharmacy or staff than here!

I have been a customer since moving to Oxford in 2007. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an rx to fill and usually less. They will deliver for free, no gratuities are accepted. You only have to ask for the deIivery usually one day in advance but you can call in refills on their answering system after hours and with the prompts it is easy. You can leave a voice message at the end of the refill acceptance. I love this store and the staff. I am almost afraid to recommend it for fear of it getting too busy LOL. Really, it is the best bar none. Give it a try and you will never go anywhere else.

This pharmacy was recommended to me years ago but I prefer to go down to the street then 20 miles up the road well now which is powerful in the proof is in the pudding that 20-mile ride is worth it while other pharmacies run out of prescription meds and take hours and hours to fill them and I've always understood that they were rude because they've had a very busy day you can dismiss that because this pharmacy is extremely rare they are extremely busy but you would not know their attitude of all their employees must come from the owner Frank I have a few prescriptions filled monthly but I have a few dozen friends that are all be going there soon the atmosphere as soon as you walk in will make your blood pressure drop it's filled with great caring staff and as far as knowledge they know more than most doctors anyway I'll cut this short because I could go on forever how wonderful this place is most pharmacies are like dentist a lot of people are afraid to go once you go here you'll never go to another pharmacy in your life again and that's an understatement thank u Oxford pharmacy Brian jArpie I live in Stratford Connecticut and I would never go to another pharmacy in Stratford again I've been to the mall in the last 30 years

They are amazing - Frank went above and beyond today getting a prescription filled for my son that was called in originally to CVS (they didn't have it). Cannot thank them enough!

I love this pharmacy. And all the employees are very friendly & helpful. Your prescriptions are ready in under 5min. Walmart i had to wait @ least a day.

Hands down Oxford Pharmacy rocks!!! After dealing with numerous pharmacies Oxford is by far the BEST!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!!

I moved out of town however I still use this pharmacy...very different from other pharmacies Frank and staff are great!

Friendly knowledgeable staff,willing to spend time answering questions.The delivery service is a lifesaver.
