We ordered 3 area rugs & a couple of garden bins for delivery on 8/26/21 and we were very pleased w/ the customer care at the Orange, CT location. Both Renae and June are professional, helpful, serviceable and friendly. Great job, highly recommend!

Home depot has a lot of products for your home or apartment and super inexpensive prices. We just brought a home and our experience with home depot was awesome. They helped us find everything we needed and helped us core our door knobs so we didnt have to use two separate keys! Did not take longer than 15 minutes and they also have some of the best christmas deco.

Love them. Ask for mike he is so helpful they are more knowledgeable then lowes n hire smart hard polite good people. My bussines bulit porch but all my tools and wood and material always from them!! Drop ceiling i put it all good prices

Impeccable customer service by all the workers I interacted with tonight. Special shout-out to Noel who helped me find the materials I needed and cut my board so it would fit in my car. Super helpful and nice.

America's version of Australia's Bunnings store. Very similar products to be found. Bought a couple of things.

Nice store, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. We went there to exchange a few items and everyone was friendly and helpful. From the customer service return desk and department staff to the cashier. Great experience!

Great store, employees friendly and helpful. They have everything you need and more. 😊 They recently rearranged the checkout area & registers. ALL the registers are now self checkout. Except for contractors/people with the pro membership you have NO choice & will have to ring out your own purchases even if you have 3 baskets filled to overflowing. I gotta say I hate that Home Depot has joined this ongoing trend of all the other retail, discount, pharmacy & grocery stores in my area. 😔 Still a great store with friendly helpful workers. This store usually has what I'm looking for and more that I wasn't looking for. 🤣

I only speak of my positive experience at the return desk, not only handling my return quickly and efficiently but also willing to listen to my stories.
I tell her of other employees in the store that are not interested in learning all aspects of your retail operations but would rather just point to plumbing and say over there rather than bring me to plumbing and learn about the special plumbing item that I needed; an item that the employee had no clue what I was talking about. Update, looking for two new kitchen appliances and found some nice Samsung choices.

The last couple of times, I have visited the Home Depot in Orange. On both occasions I had the pleasure of meeting Phil an associate. You can’t miss him he uses a little scooter to get around ( and he does) He was very helpful and personable while assisting me. I was able to locate what I needed.

While many other associates just move around Phil looks for customers in need of help. So, Thanks Phil

Great place to get home decor

This five-star review is for Roshan's best customer service; the best person would answer your question and provide help. She helped me open my credit card at the store and advised me how to best use it. I had a question about if my husband could use it too as it was a temporary card. She called her supervisor and got me the answer within seconds.

5 stars - mostly for Maryanne the paint lady! She really knows her stuff and is such a pleasure to work with. And most importantly, she gets the color spot on. I drive out from Fairfield for my paint colors now!

If it wasn't for Trish in the appliance department, we probably would not have gotton what we needed. Trish helped us out from the beginning and was so gracious and patient with our needs . She really was amazing explaining all to us about the products and assisited us with all. She then helped us in another department, which she didn't have to do and within a short period of time , we got exactly what we wanted.. washer , dryer and medicine cabinets .. Trish was so curteous and professional it literally was great working with her. Candace also another gem at the store who assisited us with some things as well. I usually go to another closer to home Home depot ,however, due to Trish and Candace will surely be back to this location

The customer service in the Orange store is second to none, in fact service is great in all departments. Every time I have a question about a project there is always someone who will know the answer. Prices are on par with other stores, but they will beat any matching price from the competition. I find a lot of nice bargains as well on their clearance racks and many markdowns in the aisles designated with yellow price tags. If they don't have a product, they will get it quickly for you. I would definitely shop there again for all my home improvement needs.

It fascinates me to buy in this place the people who work here are people with a great quality of service and they take care of you very well I congratulate you because a company is not just a name the most important factor is your work group from Colombia with Cariño

Leo is the greatest associate ever! He walked with me back and forth between the garden department and plant display near the store's entrance. Leo demonstrated his knowledge of the houseplants and soil, and this helped me tremendously in purchasing six houseplants. If that wasn't enough, he then walked over with me to the area where the sand paper was displayed and helped me find the item I needed. He used his physical a lot, bending and squating - things that I cannot do. He is an asset to the store. Afterwards, Lenny the female cashier was sooo courteous, friendly, and professional, I felt good making my purchases. This was my first time in this store, and my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! PLEASE give them both badges! Thanks again Lenny and Leo! This will now be my Home Depot of choice.
