I love this store, I go here for all my crafting needs. The staff is helpful and friendly. I especially love the people at the cutting table since they're always so friendly and helpful and always ask me what I'm making with the cloth!

I Have Not Gone There In 25 Years. I Went Back There 10 Weekends Ago And Honestly I Really Really LOVE Joann's Fabric And Crafts. After Not Being At Joann's For 25 Years It Took A Giant Toll On Me. If You Ever Need Any Craft Supplies Or Fabric To Back Something For Someone Then Go To Joann's Fabric And Crafts.

This is the perfect place to learn or continue arts and crafts projects. The prices are very reasonable, lines aren't long, and staff is very friendly. The store is fairly large with options to do just about any hobby you're looking in to. It's convenient location is easy access to route 15, and there is more than enough parking. Go give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Into sewing class with Ms. Nancy Dann was fantastic! Today me and my grandchildren had a intro sewing class with instructor Ms. Nancy, who is an excellent instructor for children. She has patience, and good with hands on instruction. She covered all the basics, very knowledgeable and experienced. Recommending this class for youth, so the craft of sewing continues for future generations. Ms.Nancy, thank you for such an awesome 👌 experience.

WONDERFUL! skip the obby-obby the staff here is so helpful and pickup order was a breeze! Will be back and will recommend. Huge selection of yarn they had exactly everything I needed! Did I mention staff was fantastic?! I had the pleasure of getting assistand from Nancy Dann. She patiently assisted me and gave clear instructions on a project I'm attempting to do. Reason being I wasn't sure of exactly how to do bcz I couldn't find a pattern. She broke down how to choose a pattern down where to find the type of material it would require. I had to take her name bcz I couldn't just walk away without giving her her recognition of excellence ✨

This is not the biggest Joann's you'll ever see, but they have something of all craft disciplines for everyone. We visit regularly. The staff is friendly and courteous, and will do everything they can to help you find what you want.

I brought my grandson there yesterday. Thought we were going for crafts, after deciding on his paper, stickers etc for 45min...he doesnt want it any of it at checkout. He saw christmas POOP emoji and "had to have it". Always a adventure there. Great staff

Very nice cashiers, they always assist me with everything I am looking. Give me great ideas on my crochet. And when I don’t have my coupons they always have extra for me.

Everyone in this location is helpful and displays great customer service. This is the nicest JoAnn in Ct. Every single person is nice. That days a lot about management. Keep up the good service

The selection of fabric and sewing/crafting supplies here is great! I love that there's a dedicated table for browsing pattern catalogues, as I use that quite frequently. The staff are really nice too! Some of the fabric and supplies (especially the ones specially geared toward cosplayers) can be really expensive, but the JoAnn app often has coupons that can help mitigate the price.

Always find something here either for the home or some fun kind of craft. Good sales and great holiday decorations! Inspires one to do a craft when you go there it doesnt have to be difficult.

Very nice customer service and plenty of sewing notions in stock! My only criticism is that a couple sections of the fabric were in disarray but overall a really nice layout for the store and a pleasant experience.

One of the store managers went above and beyonce helping me to match a fabric. The rest of the staff was just as helpful!
