Raps Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job. I spoke with dispatcher Chris who helped me set up my appointment and let me know which technician would be coming over for the diagnostic visit. Technician Marc came over to assess the problem and told me what needed to be done. He also explained everything to me and how he would do. After hearing that I decided to go with Raps Plumbing & Heating for the fix and have Marc to do the job. The next visit technician Marc and Matt came over and performed the job. They were able to do the job quicker than I expected and they didn’t leave any mess behind. I have had a couple service technicians in the past for repairs and fixes and I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the service and work that Marc and Matt did. They are professionals, respectful and they get the job done right.

The plumbing tech arrived on time and was very
attentive while we walked as I explained the issues and concerns in regard to my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well. He completed the job successfully and I couldn't thank Jim enough.. "job well done" Thanks, Matt

Mark was on time to check our water heater issue.

Marc arrived a little early. He took one look at my complaint and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. He repaired the problem in a workmanlike manner then he tested the work to insure it was really repaired. Before he left he gave me information about my sump pump problem and suggested options for repairing that. He did not try to "up sell" me.

Came 2 hours earlier than the appt. time! Great, it's tough being without a toilet so I was very grateful! Yes, I would recommend them and will use them again if the problem rises! 😉

This was my first-time using Rap's Plumbing and I will use them again. The technician Marc was very professional and explained everything to us. Rap's kept appointments on time and sent confirmations as to when they would be arriving. They responded very fast to my first call to them which I have noticed many companies do not do anymore. I am pleased with the service I received and now I have a plumbing company I can call in an emergency should one arise.

marc did an excellent job fixing a faulty shower cartridge. arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, super nice and knowledgable. have used raps several times in the past and will again.

I have nothing to complain about. As it turned out I needed a new expansion tank for my tankless hot water system. Dan was very helpful.

Marc did an excellent job in uncovering the source of the leak as well as another problem. Both were fixed and I'm very comfortable I will not have any leaks in this area in the future.

On April 14, 2023, Marc M came to my house after I made an emergency call to Raps the night before. I had no hot water and my water heater was leaking in the basement..
Marc M was very professional and explained that I needed a new water heater. He immediately started the job and kept me informed with everything that he was doing.
