Bomb Wings & Rice Bar

That cornbread doe. This place is a must try. Everything was delicious. Nothing out of the ordinary, but worth trying!

• Too bomb wings. Not super spicy. Crispy skin.
• Cajun fries were bomb! (Get it?)
• Rice bowl. It needed more sauce and was a bit dry, but still good.

the Peruvian rice and aji verde sauce are sooooo good! This business needs more spotlight because it is one of the best food places I've had in Connecticut. The rice has so much flavor and I could eat this everyday!

So I ordered this last night hoping this would taste good. Guys if you doubted them like I did, just go for it and thank me later. This was the Bobcat rice and when I say wow…. Amazing. I had to stop myself and save some for the next day so I can enjoy it all over again( plus I was super full) I’m small so I get full fast. The flavor was amazing. I’m from New York so I would say my expectation is high for some kinds of food but I’m soooo glad I found this place. Will def be my go to place for food. My staple restaurants are now this restaurant and Geronimos. But this was pure heaven.

Everything was Great!! Bomb Wings & House Rice,Sweet potato cornbread & fried plantains!! I highly recommend this spot & I'm happy I was able to have this experience to support the cause!! Great work gentleman Keep up the Great work!!🙌🙌 God Bless

I loved everything I ordered. I'm picky about winhs. I LIVE for smoked wings from south, & juiciness of a good marinade, the Cola wings had both. They were quick to replace side dish that tasted off compared to how amazing other rice & vegetables were. Love a restaurant that stands by the quality of their food & when I got replacement was as good as others- The rice is so unique & tasty. Remind me of my favorite lunch break at Trader Joe's - Japanese Sticky Rice. Better tho. I can't waitbto try rest of flavors. They are take out only, but would be nice for a small table & chairs bar style like other take out spots for waiting.

Friendly people, food was excellent. The Brussel sprouts were the best I ever had. The Chinatown wings were incredible as well. Definitely recommend!

We ordered dinner from Bomb Wings and Rice Bar and it was so delicious! The Bobcat Bowl and Thai Shrimp bowls were outstanding! So flavorful and the presentation was beautiful! The Brussels sprouts and the sauce they come in were insanely good! We ordered a few different types of wings and they were are terrific- but my favorite was the coca-cola flavored wings! You must try them! The cornbread was so amazing! I ordered extra and had some for breakfast the next day.. 😋 yum, yum! We are looking forward to ordering there again soon! I highly recommend Bomb Wings and Rice Bar to everyone looking for something new to try, you will not be disappointed! Excellent chef!

After reading some reviews online about Bomb Wings & Rice Bar, my husband and I decided to try it out for lunch. The owner was happy to give us recommendations and the decor was fun and inviting. We both ordered the Bobcat Rice Bowl with a side of Bomb Wings. It. Was. So. Good. Being the foodie that I am, I really appreciated being able to taste all of the fresh and tasty ingredients that were in the bowl. Ginger, garlic, shredded carrots, scallions, tender pork belly. The wings were great as well. The bomb sauce is sweet and tangy. Everything was super tasty. You could really tell that a lot of care and love went into its preparation. But the best thing about this place? It's a black owned business. We will probably be back before the week is out. Bomb Wings and Rice Bar rocks! Thank you for an excellent lunch.

Wings and rice bowls are bomb! Have gone there a few times to try different sauces and rice bowls and everything is great. Pineapple Habenero and Chinatown are fantastic. Both fry options are good too!

So my BF and I ordered wings and a make your own rice bowl from here. We had 5 different flavors of wings all delicious and well cooked. The rice bowl was outstanding! I had never been here before but will definitely eat here again. Best food I have eaten in a while! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Amazing food. Have ordered take out several times. I love the variety in rice bowls. With my adhd tastebuds I always find something I’m in the mood for!

First time tonight. Takeout. Everything was great. We had the 7 piece wing combo with Sweet & Tangy sauce; 6 pieces of shrimp, also Sweet and Tangy; an order of Fatboy fries; and a side of stir fry veggies. Especially enjoyed the chicken and fries. Service was great, the place is squeaky clean. Fine first impression, hope they’re doing well.

Best wings I've tried in Connecticut. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for really good and unique flavors. Highly recommend the Coke, Sweet & Tangy, and Chinatown wings! It's located in a very accessible street in Hamden, and you can easily park to pick up your order. I suggest to order ahead so they have your order ready once you get there.

Got delivery. First time ordering from here and the wings were amazing! So juicy! Can't wait to try more of their flavors. We got bomb, italian, and sweet and tangy. Bomb to my suprise doesn't have sauce but did not disappoint. Italian was good but sweet and tangy was my favorite out of the three. Thank you!

Ordered delivery and loved them. The sweet potato tots were a little soggy but that's to be expected when you order delivery. Wings were flavorful, crispy, and moist (order the buffalo and the lemon pepper). Will definitely be visiting to try more flavors. Nice to have a true "wings" place in town.

Jamaican jerk wings and shrimp were delicious. French fry portion was small but good. Customer service was excellent for a busy Friday night. Looking forward to trying some rice bowls next time on the way to Vermont

Mixed up our take out on Friday night and opted to give Bomb Wings & Rice a try...we were pleasantly surprised! The Jamaican jerk wings and Italian wings were delicious but we absolutely loved the Peruvian Rice bowl and mixed veggies with the the out of this world corn bread! We will definitely be back!

My family ordered takeout dinner from Bomb Wings and Rice Bar for the first time this week, and we are hooked! The wings and rice bowls were amazing! Delicious flavors! Looking forward to getting takeout again from here soon!

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and let me tell you I'm really sorry I waited so long!

Took advantage of a Grub-hub coupon and snagged Grilled shrimp over pineapple fried rice with cashews. and 4 wings.

No exaggeration this was the best meal of any kind I've had in quite some time. Great job guys I'll be back for sure!
