Diva Kidz

I had a wonderful experience shopping here today. We have a wedding we will be attending next week and I have looked allover for a suit/tux for my son. I would rather buy than rent but of course, at a decent price. The mall had the fire alarm and everybody exited, we were able to go back in after 30 mins. I walked by Diva Kidz and said to myself to just try it out. The owner took out several suits for my son to try, she was very helpful and gave her honest opinion. She even took out some shoes and dress socks to go with the suit. Spent about $200 and am very pleased. We chatted the entire time and I am very happy and thankful to have stumbled upon this store. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected.

This Place is AWESOME!!! Very PROFESSIONAL , FRIENDLY, Owner and daughter duo, they give the best service too make you SATISFIED AND HAPPY!!!

Just wanted to say, I never write reviews but I went to Diva Kidz, with my son looking for a tuxedo, the owner went out of her way to make him comfortable, he is normally very shy, but after trying on the jacket , pants we also needed shoes and she spent over 15 min looking for a pair to fit him, we walked out with the tux, the shoes and socks . one stop shopping.

I was in the mall and did not go directly in to Diva Kids. However, I went to the play area in front of Diva Kids and my son really loves this area. Its wonderful for kids. Make sure you eat BEFORE you go to the play area bc the kids dont want to leave.

Found the perfect dress last minute after the dress I ordered online was no where near the pic for my daughter's pageant the next day. The lady was nice n helpful.

I've been shopping at Diva Kidz for my three little girls and the staff has just been fantastic. As a single parent, it's often difficult to cope with raising girls on my own and Diva has just been fantastic !

I have never in my entire life experienced such vile customer service. The owner of the store is a wretched monster, she is comparable to swine, and I mean that figuratively and literally. It's true that there are few stores that specialize in children's formal wear, but Diva Kidz isn't worth a minute of your time. This woman is p-s-y-c-h-o-t-i-c. (she actually threatened me with a pair of scissors for criticizing her lack of customer service). The clothes are overpriced and made of cheap fabrics, I'd highly recommend you steer away from this store and head over to Tiny Threads in North Haven. The store owner is extremely charismatic and will help you find the perfect outfit for your little girl or boy.

The dresses were cute, some out of style. However, staff was unkind to our party.
