SIG Insurance Agency - A Relation Company

Met with Brent Arbour today to go over my vehicle insurance. He had great surprise for me. Not only did he make sure I still had my blanket policy, he went over the numbers and cut my monthly premium almost in half.
Last week, I just popped into the office with absolutely no notice. He was just as helpful and gracious then as he was today when he was expecting me.

These folks are incredible--so kind, prompt, professional and always amazing to work with. I know that whenever I reach out to Brent Arbour (shoutout to my guy Brent) he's going to get back to be quickly and with answers for whatever questions I have for him. Love these folks!

I had just gotten a new car, and needed to change my policy plan. Brent is by far the most cooperative and helpful person I’ve delt with for insurance companies. SIG has been our insurance agency for the past 20 years for our Connecticut waterfront home. When we suffered a loss due to hurricane Sandy, SIG was right there every step of our claim. When we decided to convert our home into a rental and needed to change from a homeowners to a landlords policy. Brent Arbour, our agent, answered all of our numerous questions and coordinated this policy with our Nationwide umbrella and NY homeowner's policies. When we resumed residency in our home, Brent immediately took care of that as well.

Have a business, home or car. Use SIG insurance. They have cut my costs with the same coverage. My last experience was adding on a car. Brian even helped us out after hours. On his time.
