Plan b Milford

My first time experience here was mostly positive. All-in-all, I'd return to try other menu items.

The M.O.A.B. (mother of all burgers) was close to requested temp, the bread didn't come out soggy, the sauce was practical, and the fries were actually good. Adding an additional 2-3oz of meat to it would bring it over the top (where it should be), but that's up to a different Chef to decipher.

Took ≈15 minutes to be seated around 2 pm. on a Sunday. My server did an amazing job through its entirety. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and had many families enjoying the establishment. I'd call that a win.

I'd recommend anyone in the Milford area to go check them out.

Amazing service first and foremost! Need to give a huge thank you to Tom for a thorough explanation of the menu and allergens. A member of our dining party has celiacs so we greatly appreciated his attention to detail. The food itself was SO good. You can't miss with anything. Cocktails are nice and strong so you definitely get what you pay for. Happy customers here!

Holy Gluten free options! Happened to stop by here on a road trip with my daughter. Both of us have celiac disease. The find me.gluten free app led us here and we were not disappointed. The fish and chips were delicious! They have a dedicated fryer. Definitely would stop again when in CT!!

We had wings and nuggets 1/2 Kentucky bourbon 1/2 honey bbq. Amazing appetizers followed by burgers. Everyone has something different I went with the squealer. Once again amazing!!! They were all grilled to perfection!

I really enjoyed this place. The mushroom burger I had was perfect. I absolutely love the truffle aioli they put on it. The prices are pretty reasonable and there is a great drink/beer selection.

The parking was great. The parking was very big and open. When my family and I walked in, there was a 15-20 minutes. We got around the 5 minute mark. The waiter we had was very nice. I ordered the buffalo wings and the the insane level of heat. Me personally I did not think they were that spicy, still spice but not as much as I planned for.i would say they took 15-20 minutes to come out. I ordered the penne vodka. While I was waiting there were a disruptive family playing songs very loud. My family got their food before I did. When I got it, it was very creamy and soft. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Really lovely place!!! Relatively cheap for a nice restaurant. About $12 for 3 amazing tacos! I was so impressed! Food came out quick for a busy night! Trivia was okay... the man running it didn't care about our questions, but I don't blame the restaurant for that!! I'd go back for the restaurant/food, but probably not the trivia because they were a bit rude which kinda sucked. Our waiter was a younger man with curly hair, he was so so kind to us! Take care of him he is so sweet!! Definitely worth the drive if you live a little bit far (about 40 mins out for us) but WORTH IT!

Had the breakfast burger, nitro coffeehouse porter, and a UFO blueberry wheat.

Draft beer: plentiful selection and the two I had were pretty good.

Didn't get a chance to check out the bourbon list, but the menu says they have one.

Food: the breakfast burger was excellent and the fries were great. Had I seen the Sriracha fries on the menu, I'd have tried those.

The quality of the food is worth the price, the portions are pretty generous. We went for dinner and I will say they seemed a little understaffed however the food came out very quickly. One of our favorite's is the plant based patty burger & the fried jalapeño/pickles.

Absolutely enjoyed my server Mike. Great conversationalist and very accommodating. He assisted the last time I visited and was awesome as my waiter for this visit. Renee was also wonderful with resolving my issues. Actually amazing! The bartender Mel not so much. She was extremely rude at both of my visits. The first time she kept my table waiting nearly 10 minutes after acknowledging us (it was not busy). I had to place my order with the bartender. During this visit she yelled to communicate with me behind the bar and from a table. She wanted to sit me at a bar table she preferred instead of the table I was standing, which was clean. Not a great experience with her and I even attempted to give her the benefit of the doubt despite my first experience.

Update: I returned again lol and had a much better experience with Mel. I appreciated her attempt to rectify my past experiences. Definitely will return again. The drinks are delicious. I visited during their Old Fashion drink competition, which was fun. Overall their customer interaction is awesome and the restaurant is highly recommended

Excellent service!! Our waiter Tom was the utmost professional, friendly helpful and meticulous. The Gluten Free menu here is for real!! No cross contamination and the mushroom burgers we ordered with Perfect Salads was nutritious and delicious. We will return for sure and bring of GF friends. 😊

Went in thinking it would cost an arm and a leg. Menu had allergen alternatives. I ate the most awesome nachos. The pickles were fabulous. The meal was delicious and I had nothing to complain about. The service was excellent. I will definitely go back, especially because the price was way less than anyone in my group thought. I was surprised at the low cost. Dam good eating!

Had the best customer service experience having Tom as our server. He was very attentive to all guests and individual dietary restrictions! Will definitely be back and will request to sit in Tom’s section!

Took them around 80+ tries to get the "lettuce bun" right for to-go orders, absolutely no exaggerating. Past 2 times they did it perfect. Plan-B, if you see this... keep doing the right thing with lettuce buns. It should cover the whole burger as a bun would!

The food was really good. I got my burger "in the grass" and it was delicious! Our server was the bartender so he was swamped and maybe a little less attentive, but to be fair to him he had all the tables in the bar areas and had to make all the drinks so he did well for what he had to deal with! Overall we had a good experience 😌

Great cocktail selections with plenty of bourbon choices. Delicious juicy burgers and crispy truffle Parm fries. Will definitely be back again soon to try the rest of the burger menu.

The veggie burger my fiance ordered was THE BEST WE HAVE EVER TRIED. It was cooked to perfection. Our server was also very friendly and helpful. The ambiance in the restaurant was very casual and laid back which was very relaxing, we were not rushed as the place filled up while we were there. We will definitely return!

We have eaten at a different plan b before. Just like the other one the burger here is excellent. Service was good also. The parmesan fries and tots can get a little intense at the bottom of the service cup. Not a complaint, more of a warning. We will eat at Plan B again in the future.

Living up to its name, our original dining destination was closed so we beat some traffic and ended up here as a familiar safe backup we know in the area.

Cauliflour app still delicious, chicken fingers too. Had a delicious burger, wife enjoyed a chicken bowl and child was very happy with grilled cheese and tots.

Dont skip out on the kids meal cookie add on for 1.99. It was the size of a six year olds head and we all enjoyed some.

Hunter was our server and they were fantastic. They were attentive, prompt, and friendly. The woman running food was so nice, she even assisted another table when she could tell they wanted a bigger booth to sit in. They guests didnt even have to mention the issue to her, she already saw it and handled it in seconds and saved a family from a potentially bad experience with just a quick bit of help. When i was in restaurants we would call that a table saver. You just saved that table. Lots of things being done right here, kudos to management and some great staff.

Sometimes u want a really good burger with a caesar salad and a handful of diet cokes and Plan B delivered. Thanks for rescuing a potentially diastrous evening after traffic and a closed restaurant left us scrambling.

Theres a lot of players in the small chain localish but feels national chain restaurant game. Glad to see plan b is still the same experience ive enjoyed a handful of times in the past.
