If it wasn’t for a few crazy old friends I would have never found my new friends Ryan and Megan @ A-1 Fitness Center. As I celebrate a 30 lb weight loss, I never though in 100 years I’d be exercising 2-3 times a week and loving it. The kickboxing classes are so much fun. Both teachers are so full of happiness, energy and knowledge. Always there to make sure your training properly. Can’t wait for the next class!

I joined A-1 Fitness 3 months ago with my wife after a friend referred me to it. I have to say that I was really surprised by the intensity yet fun workouts during kick boxing. Ryan the instructor is very experience yet very humble. He is an amazing person to work with and highly recommend you check this place out. Ryan will go the extra mile and more to help you!
