We had Luke sell our beach front property in Milford, CT and then followed up with him in the purchase of another property where we will be building our "forever"home. His persistence and support in helping us through a Very complicated transaction (and a really wild market) to purchase this property was unwavering. We had the pleasure of working with Luke Porto of Porto Realty in our search to find a home amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to astronomical price increases and limited inventory. Knowing we would be competing against numerous buyers, some of whom were cash buyers, and facing multiple-offer situations with no inspections required, we understood the complexity of our search.

Luke Porto and Team was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions.
