This place provides exceptional service for their customers! From the initial consult to get an estimate, to the drop-off (I was provided with a local ride home), to the pick-up today…I can’t say enough awesome things about J&E Auto Group. Gennaro set the expectation off the bat for my repair turnaround time and provided clear communication throughout. My car was even detailed to perfection when I picked it up! The whole team is friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Highly recommend!!

The staff was warm and caring. My car had been vandalized, J&E Auto Body made it look brand new and detailed the inside of my car! They brought my car to their shop and returned it as I had just had surgery. I can't say enough about these great folks and their workmanship! Bravo!

Gennaro and his team are true professionals - no job is too big or too small. I wanted to replace the front bumper on my Mustang. The new bumper was quite elaborate, had many parts and no instructions. Naturally I was somewhat concerted. Gennaro's team came through with flying colors.

The new bumper looks awesome! Later, I had J&E install the rear spoiler - same results - awesome!

When a tree fell on my 2021 Forester, leaving a dent in the driver's side door and smashing the window to smithereens, I followed the estimator's suggestion and had her towed to J&E Auto Body in Branford. From the start, Gennaro was incredibly helpful. Throughout, he kept me posted about the progress, and when I went to pick up my car, she looked fantastic, clean, shiny, detailed, and completely like new. It's rare in this day and age to receive such responsible, professional service. I thank J&E for making a minor disaster a lot less painful.

I went to J&E for the first time several months ago after I unfortunately went over a pothole with my Prius, causing several of the front bumper clips to snap and necessitating a bumper replacement. I can't say enough positive about my experience here - the staff were professional, efficient, flexible, and very communicative throughout the entire process which I really valued, especially as someone who doesn't have much knowledge regarding auto body work. The end result looks great, and you can't even tell it's a replacement. I would absolutely recommend J&E to family and friends, and will be using them going forward!

These guys did a fabulous job on my vehicle and when they were done doing the work on the outside they cleaned my car to the point of me not being able to even recognize that it was mine looking right at it didn't realize it it looks absolutely beautiful they did a fabulous job highly recommend them thank you for your fabulous work guys

I had damaged my Nissan Rogue SL. I was searching for an outstanding body shop. I came across J&E. They had nothing but 5 star reviews. So I knew that was myspot . The reviews I saw were right on the money. Dan and Jerry were very accommodating and very nice to me. They did a phenomenal outstanding job on my vehicle where it was flawless and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend them you won't go wrong. They are the best.

My car was broken in, and my window was completely smashed as well as part of the hood. Dan at J&E figured out what was wrong and immediately got the ball rolling on everything. My damages were substantial, and they handled things professionally and on a timely basis.

Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date on what was going on, and they saved me thousands of dollars of money compared to what another, run-of-the-mill body shop would have.

Could not recommend a better body shop for getting work done in the area. Dan and his team are awesome!

J & E is a Family owned and run generational business. The owners are hands on and offer great value for their excellent, artful service. I am personally grateful that they restrained me from starting a conflict with my insurance company that could have resulted in my crashed car being scrapped, compounding my loss. In another instance they repaired damage to my car at cost with no profit. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !

Joe, his family, and all the staff are beyond helpful. Every time I stopped in for either a dent, paint, engine trouble, even just a question, someone has come right out to help and always give an honest quote. They have consistently fixed any issues I had quicker then I expect. My family and I go to them for all our car needs.
