3D Nails Spa

I was looking for a nice nail salon to take my daughter to and couldn’t find any I liked. I finally found this gem and I couldn’t be more happy. They took their time with us, made sure we liked the colors we choose, and made sure the polish was dry before we left. The staff is super friendly, there was no overpowering acrylic smell and the staff was bilingual. Overall amazing experience would highly recommend. I plan on making this place a frequent place to take my daughter to get her nails done.

I had such a great experience at 3D Nails Spa. I want to thank Anna for doing such an amazing job on my wedding nails. First nail tech I have ever gone to who you could tell cared about the work she put out. I wish I didn’t live so far because Anna was amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been coming here for a few months now for liquid gel manicures,and gel pedicures with either my sister in or cousin and I plan on bringing my mom. My partner got a waxing and said it wasn't bad and Jenny was very funny and made him feel relaxed. I picked her because she is very easy to talk to. I love how she, Anna, do my nails, and everyone has been great. Too many to name. I love their technique because they last forever! I have had them for 3 weeks and am going only now and I could probably get away with longer. Just make sure to ask for what you want in detail, and tip well. All of these ladies are there to make sure you are looking great and feeling great. They are all a pleasure!

I had an amazing first experience. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and clean. I’m so happy I made an appointment with Jenny. She did a perfect job on my gel full set, eyebrow waxing, and eyelash extensions. She pays great attention to detail and takes her time to do an awesome job. First time at 3D nails spa. Great experience, nails came out perfect. They gave me exactly what I wanted which has never happened in the past when I’ve gotten my nails done at other salons. This is a gem! Found my new nail salon. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment on Sunday at1:00 in the Middlebury location. I was not started on my services until 1:40! Yes, I should have left but I had no other time! Three hours later, I was finished with horrible work and no apologies! This is absolutely unacceptable! I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience or any explanation except that the girl is slow and takes her time. This is not the customer’s issue at all! I can understand running late but almost an hour? I also tried to contact the Waterbury 3D and was told the owner is only in one day a week but I could come to Waterbury if I was unhappy with Middlebury. Again, customer service at it’s worst! Never again will I go there and I have already spread the word to whomever I can reach to tell.

I love this place a lot I’ve been going here for a while now. I really appreciate how well they do their pedicures. The eyebrow waxing is always amazing and I get my acrylic gel nails done here now because they do a fabulous job. I also want to mention the choices for colors offers a great variety to chose from :)

I was recommended here from a co-worker since I'm here from out of state for a while for work. I was so thrilled with the amazing 3D pedicure! one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had and I've had them all over the world! and in the Covid world, I was duly impressed with how impeccably clean the spa was and everyone was wearing a mask (properly!) and distancing was being observed! I hope I'm in town long enough to get back there again!

Beautiful New Nail salon! I got a pedicure and manicure and it was beautifully done. The owner is very friendly and so are the staff. All new tools are used and they even wash their hands which is not something I usually see. Definitely come here the experience is top notch!

Took my wife here for a treat. She loved it! Very clean and stylish nail salon. They gave my wife a complementary glass of wine with her visit. Every single technician is professional, friendly and does a great job.

I was lucky enough to have the owner Jenny do my nails. Love her, loved my nails too. Went to another place prior that did a horrible job and Jenny fixed me right up. It was not an easy job! Clean and friendly establishment. Will be going here exclusively from now on

Got a pedicure here. Place was very clean. She took her time and it was definitely worth the price. I will be going back again soon. Might even get a manicure next time. Can't comment on the color, not crossing that bridge yet 😁

This place is amazing. A friend of mine suggested it to me when I was looking for a new nail salon not wanting to go back to the old one I had been going too. The service was amazing everybody was super friendly my nails and toes came out perfect. I highly recommend this place
