Our service at the north haven location was great! We had Jennifer as our server & she was so great and friendly! Our food came out within 10 minutes! The food and appetizers were delicious 😋 We would definitely come back here again!!

It was just a little cold. But overall the service was great… Our food was awesome as always. I’m glad they are still here in Ct. I was so upset when the ones in Bpt and Milford left.

Yum! My grandparents used to take me here when I was a kid for dinner on my birthday. They watched in shock and awe as I devoured every last bit of this fantastic Reese's Pieces Sundae! Just had one again and it brought back some great memories. The dinner was good too. 😉

It was a very nice place. I would go back there. I got the mango ice tea and the new strawberry short cake sundue. It was great, and for the price of 7 bucks it kinda was a steal. My boyfriend got the strawberry lemonade with a strawberry and chocolate milk shake which was good and was in a very large serving size. The server was very nice and attentive.

We enjoyed out visit today! We had Danielle as a waitress. Friendly & clean environment. Food was delish & arrived to the table quickly. We'll recommend this friendly's location!

Takes me back to the 1980s. The burgers are so much better than the big three nationwide hamburger fast food joints. Also since those places have been raising prices like crazy there are minimal differences in prices but the quality of the food is so far above the rest.
Super easy free parking lot and like the other place with the broken milk shake machine or the other place with only two flavors Friendly's has so many flavors and toppings you could try a different combination every weekend and still not cover it all in a whole year!
I highly recommend the cheese skirt burger.

Stopped in for ice cream and went to the take out counter inside. The store was not too busy. There were 3 staff behind the counter cleaning when I arrived. They continued to clean, for about 3 minutes until acknowledging me. I placed an ice cream order and the staff made it without washing their hands after having been cleaning. They did have gloves on, but still I was disappointed. There was no manager on duty, at least this was what the staff at the ice cream counter stated. 🤔

I have visit here on countless occasions for over a decade. The staff, as well as the management have always gone above and beyond to keep me and my wife happy. The restaurant and restrooms are always kept very clean. Also there to-go service is just as good and handy too.

Had a great time at this Friendlys. We were sat immediately and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Nora was our server and she did an excellent job. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend this location.

Staff was great, very accommodating as we had 3 toddlers with us. Food was delicious!

For a lunch the service was amazing server Natasha attended me with kindness proper service all while having a packed restaurant. She was quick efficient and provided me with everything I needed. Would definitely return.

We had a great experience and Friendly's in North Haven! Our server Nora was super attentive and friendly, and even brought us refills without being asked. This location can be hit or miss but lately they have really upped their game.

Jennifer was great! Haven't been to a Friendly's in years. We were pleasantly surprised! The cheese skirt was a great experience and the steak and cheese was delicious. As always you can't go wrong with ice cream! I will definitely be back!

Bbq chicken supermelt was fantastic. Not too greasy. Everything came out quickly and server was very attentive. It was a great turn around after a numerous terrible experiences at the Naugatuck location.

My daughter was very excited about her cheese quesidilla. Loaded with cheese unlike competitors. My sin ate his entire cheese skirt burger.

North Haven waiter was supper nice .Hes always the best .Mike super best waiter i ever had .

The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Busy for a Sunday and they seemed short staffed but they sure they had the upmost great customer service! The staff on today deserves to be recognized. We witnessed a customer being rude to the hostess because she had to wait and still remained professional. Myself who worked with the public on a daily basis as well, know how hard it is to deal with these kinds of things. And they did amazing!

Friendly's is the same as when I went there as a child. The food has always been quality and priced right. I love their cheeseburgers. Today, I go there often just before I hit the movies. Good old memories of watching Mom eat her Sunday, Dad loving his banana split, and my two sisters having something different every time.

Overall our night out at Friendly's was a great experience! The food, atmosphere, and especially our server Jennifer were fantastic! She was extremely helpful and friendly and made our dinner very enjoyable.

My Philly steak sandwich was delicious! The sundae was great and our servicer, Danielle was exceptional as usual. However, the restaurant needs to be remodeled!
