Scam artists. The deposits don’t reflect what they promise. They require two months security deposit plus first month rent paid through cash app. Like seriously? Please be sure to get that information up front.

They need 2 fix things in their rental units ASAP!

I applied for an apartment, got approval and got all my paperwork in only for them to stop responding. I contact the office and the receptionist Melissa tells me I can’t go with a new agent because I started with someone else. When I ask questions about why the first agent isn’t answering, she gives attitude as if she can’t see that I’m in need of a place for my children and I. It seems they are just taking ppl money and not returning calls. Very unprofessional

PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! DON’T DO IT! These people are thieves and money hungry. I took care of their apartment for 2 years! The apartment was INFESTED WITH DRAIN FLIES AND MICE, even had to get the health department involved and after I finally decided to move they not only keep my security deposit but claim that I owe THEM money because the apartment was excessively damaged… and it wasn’t. All they had to do was repaint it. 300 for material and 1200 for labor?? Also every year they raise the rent.
I have video footage and pictures so I will be suing

I won’t say there rude but the lack compassion they have roaches I had to take my son to the Er because there was one in his ear they try to cover up a lot of there problems with cheap simple fixes I called Lci and they took away are parking it’s sad that I have to get a lawyer involved I’ve only been here 33 days there drains was clogged

They are rude. Fail to responds to maintenance on time. Most of the amenities in their rental properties are old and they break constantly.
