Starbucks

This store is always super busy but they work hard and you can tell they are trying to turn it around! The morning manager is so nice and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes you in. She helped an elderly woman before me and was so kind and patient and you can tell she loves her team and customers. She made my drink right after I forgot to order it the correct way and was so polite. She kept complimenting her team and encouraging them to have a good attitude and also kept them on track! The baristas were so fun and you can tell they love their jobs, laughing and singing. I had a great morning coming to get my drink before work. Overall this Starbucks is awesome!

Great starbucks location! I love how it's close to basically everything, has pretty good parking near it as well but the limit for time is 2 hours (so if you want to closely walk around Yale, it might not be the best fit.) But close to Yale, and a few other tourist attractions. The staff was nice and patient (their machines were done and they were clearly stressed) but friendly for sure. Their bathrooms were closed at the moment, which was one of the downsides, but it was closed for cleaning so I guess that's alright. Drinks were well made though and really good.

One of the more orderly starbucks locations I've been to. Happy with service and also with coffee. Mocha peppermint latte is great.

Got the hot chocolate here which was good. Also spent a few hours getting some work done here and had no issues. Good wifi and restrooms are available

I absolutely LOVE this location. Plenty of seating options inside, lots of outlets for charging, and nice views of Yale across the street.

In my opinion, the best seat in the house is right next to the door when you enter from Chapel Street, right in front of the huge window. ❤

I am going to be bluntly honest. First of all, a big shout out to Bradlee for just always going above and beyond at being nice to all of my family members and friends. Secondly, although at this Starbucks - and I visit MANY EVERYWHERE - haha= they are always very busy with Yale students, locals, families, visitors etc .. so sometimes are humanly grumpy juggling it all, do not get orders always tasting perfect or keep the place immaculate either it will still always be a one of my favorite Starbucks! I am sure keeping enough staff is the same here as many places and as stated they are very busy -so, I am not completely and exactly sure why it’s a favorite except it’s just crazy plain interesting!! It has this unique diverse city vibe big time, and all of the people are just unique in a pretty good way whether staff or customers. So, come in and visit and be flexibly happy for a fascinating Starbucks experience!

Busy as this Starbucks can get, close to the two Yale art galleries and boutique shopping, and adjacent to the campus, the friendly staff keep the line moving and get your order right. Great drinks, always a good selection of sandwiches and snacks. But can’t guarantee you will be able to find a seat. In warm weather you can take your drink across the street and sit at the cafe tables on the plaza of the Yale University Art Gallery.

Always a pleasant experience even if they are super busy.

Fast and friendly service. The staff are knowledgeable and competent. They made my off the menu coffee to perfection. As if I were to have done it my self. I love the atmosphere there. There was chaos all around with students everywhere talking, laughing etc. But when you grab your purchase and sit down to enjoy it, you'll notice that all fades to the background and you're at peace. Great place loved it

Just needed a bit more sugar but definitely going back!

I visited here on a Saturday afternoon at a peak time. There were only three employees working but they were still courteous and were working efficiently. There were obviously a large number of mobile orders that were not being picked up and that caused there to be a wait. But even still I was surprised how quickly my drink was made. This location has a Clover used to brew Starbucks Reserve coffee. I got a 16oz of the Sun-dried Ethiopian for $4.50. It was delicious.

I'm visiting at New Haven and came here to donreading so I would fall asleep. This seems like a central place to be but I want to mention two things in particular. The lady who waited on me was very nice, respectful, and very efficient with making my drink. There is a varied group of people picking up drinks, many business men and women, college kids, and a large homeless population. All patrons were respectful and the staff has very nice hospitality. Giving costumers ice without being rude or making a big deal as I've seen in other places (I mean what does it cost to make ice). A women came in and was super upset for spilling something on herself and the offered to refill her cup. She left then came back in and asked for a manager and I am very proud of the man for letting her know the number but also not giving into her demands. She will be okay. Thanks for a great place to be!!!

Service was supper fast and really friendly. Like I have posted in the past a smile goes such a long way. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Don't have enough words to describe Starbucks, but this is the only place in the vicinity and they deliver.

The dine in arrangement is open with a nice ambience and music. Would highly recommend their double blended frappuchinos.

I love Starbucks it is my go-to place to get i nice refreshing tea, or coffee to wake me up or when I'm feeling something sweet I tend to get their caramel Frappuccino I highly recommend. On another hand they have really good and healthy breakfast, lunch and snack choices.
