Underrated place in town. Sarah, Liz and the team there provide friendly, outstanding service and the food is top notch. Their menu is always changing and the portions can't be beat.
Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
We had Calamari, fish and chips and gnocchi and all were delicious. I took enough gnocchi home to have lunch the next day.

The staff was a little sparse, but we had arrived just after opening. We had the whole place to ourselves for a while, it has an excellent view at the booths and the food is some of the best. The gnocchi and fried mozzarella was top tier.

No matter what I order, food or drinks, I'm never disappointed. Elise(bartender and server) in bar area, is awesome

Came in for the Thursday night special. What a deal! Food was delicious and the service was great!

A small local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! They hosted my husbands birthday party. We had the space upstairs and it was perfect for the party.
Great variety of food and drinks to choose from & pasta/side dishes are delicious as well.

Deliciously creative cuisine that is covers many types of foods from pizza to filet mignon. The Bistro 143 chicken is absolutely satisfying. Bar/restaurant is in two separate parts of the building which diminishes the atmosphere a bit.

Our first time here, and enjoyed every bit of our meal. The wings were fantastic, as well as the white clam chowder. I had the raviolis and since I was undecided whether I want the pesto or the marinara, they split my meal into two plates and I got to taste each. Not sure which one I like better as they were both excellent. My husband had the burger and the yummy fries. Our server was very sweet and attentive. We sat outdoors under the tent, nice breeze. We will definitely be back.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was always checking on us making sure we were good. The chef came out to say hi to us and check if everything was ok. Food was delicious. Drinks were also good. Totally recommended. My family and I are definitely coming back.

Staff and food are awesome we have had many dishes and have enjoyed all of them staff is very attentive and friendly we enjoy the special menus very good value

Only there for appetizers but will be back again soon. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, generous portions (meatball appetizer was huge) and tasty food. Although I sat in the bar, which backs to a wooded area, so you feel nice and secluded, the main dining area looks great as well. Very cozy atmosphere

Sarah and Leese were the only wait staff, And the restaurant was packed inside and outside they did a phenomenal job. And the food was great , They had entertainment outside and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will surely be back again.

Bistro 143, formerly Pies and Pints of Oxford (same owners and management), brings the same great quality food you came to expect under the old name, to the next level. The new bistro focus allows the chefs to shine and bring quality dining with unique implementation to the Connecticut valley. The two entrees my wife and I had were stellar, and the beer menu focuses on a variety of regional beers. The only weak point of our dining experience were the rolls, which while not bad, did not stand up to the remainder of dinner. Service was very attentive and friendly. Bottom line worth the trip, and the new direction brings the best aspects of P&P to a new dining experience.

Very good pizza, red sauce has nice flavor. Asked for "slightly well done" & the crust was crispy with a light char, as I wanted. Will definitely go again.

Nice quiet place to go have for lunch appetizer of mussels and broccoli rabe was awesome it's a must-have service was great waitress was very pleasant. You can tell they take care in what they provide for a meal the chicken cutlet that was made for my sandwich on focaccia bread was fresh not frozen. Portions were an excellent size just enough what's some to take home for leftovers.

We ate here last year and I never left a review The food was excellent and they had a guy with an acoustic guitar and a minimal set up playing music.

I remember the service being really good too. We're going back tomorrow.

The service and food are exceptional at Bistro 143!!! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel special and appreciated! The pizza is delish and the new Wednesday night prix fixe menu is amazing at $19.99 for 4 courses!! Try the mussels fra diavlo as a starter!! You will thank me!! Highly recommend!!!!

I absolutely LOVE their food!!! I always get the NY strip loin and they cook it perfectly!!!

The food is always great but Sarah, the waitress, is a major reason we often go. She has a great attitude and her birthday was yesterday. Happy birthday Sarah!!!😁

New menu is fantastic, glad Oxford finally has something fresh and different to offer. Was getting tired of all the restaurants in Oxford of selling the same stuff. Bistro 143 is exactly what we have been waiting for!
