This is a very fair honest company that has earned my business indefinitely. Called just for some simple info and was given complete attention and his services were explained very thoroughly. Thank you again!

I had an issue late Sunday night with my septic (that didn’t need Immediate attention) and Dave was at my house by 9:30 the next morning to fix my issue. I have also used Earth Warm many times as a a Realtor and he’s 100% honest, on time and professional. Willing to help and not take advantage of any situation. Great company! Can’t say enough good things about him!!!!!

David and his team are very knowledgeable and reliable. We had an issue with a clogged drain and he was able to come out same day to assess the issue. Not only did he confirm the clogged drain, but he educated us on why the issue occurred, how to unclog the drain ourselves, and maintenance tips to prevent a clog in the future. He happily answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company - David is overall a great guy and he will forever have our business!

Great local business - they took over for the previous company who services our septic tank. They returned my call promptly, arrived when scheduled, did a great job and took time to explain ongoing maintenance schedule. Highly recommend.

David and his team are the most amazing people. We called with a leak and he was here within the hour, at no charge, to tell us what the problem was. He was kind, reassuring, upfront and explained every little detail to us. He never pushed us to go with his service and offered other company names so we look around. I will NEVER use another company again! David and his team have our business forever! I cannot say enough good things about Earthworm Septic!

I called David for a question I had about a home he worked on. We must have spent 45 minutes on the phone. A real nice guy. Honest guy. Hes not only looking out for his pockets and that is extremely noble. Super down to earth, funny and really likeable person. Highly recommend.

Dave is a Phenomenal person. I had him come out to do a septic inspection on a property that I was looking to purchase. Ever prior to coming out he does his homework, he certainly has a complete understanding of the entire septic system in and out. Takes into effect the geographical area and covers all bases. He encourages you to be there because he shares with you his EXPERT general knowledge and most importantly the issues if any you may have with the system. Better yet he does his due diligence and lets you know the true condition of the system, he considers the age and then conducts a thorough inspection resulting in a complete and honest evaluation. As a first time home buyer I certainly appreciate his honesty. I definitely recommend his services and will hire him to do any septic needs in the future. Cant say enough good. Thank you Dave!

First of, I would like to thank Dave for his honest and responsive service he gave me today. He recommended and advised me about the issue. He showed up after root rooter came and charged me for , basically nothing, other than opening the tank lid and saying the tank was full. I told the guy that I had the company pumped last year. Obviously, he was not thorough doing it. I called Dave and he showed up in an hour. He just poked the clogged pipe and boom the job is done. Last, I would recommend Dave for all future projects of drainage and plumbing.

Dave performed a septic inspection on a home I'm trying to buy and found it needed a new tank. His inspection will end up saving me thousands. He did the work quickly and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

My wife and I are first time septic users. David Benjamin and his assistance came out and did a phenomenal job inspecting our tank. He was very good at showing and explaining the system. He even found the second opening and explained why the system was designed the way it was. I will never use anyone else. Not just a great company but great workers. I highly, highly recommend these guys for all your septic needs.

I have had several dealings with the owner, David, of Earthworm (not to mention numerous phone conversations)and I highly recommend him due to his professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills. David is definitely a veteran in this field and knows what he is talking about and always stands by his work. During a crisis he has customer service skills that calms a client, and he gives you reasonable options and makes you realize the "sky really isn't falling"! Moving forward I will always use David when needed, I will rely on him for recommendations as well. He's not just a plumber, but a new found friend. His business ethic in this day and age is truly remarkable!!

David Benjamin performed a septic tank cleaning and camera inspection on the septic tank and pipe to the leech field. He explained everything he was looking for and what he would be concerned about if he found it during the inspection. He answered any and all questions I had and was even patient enough to wait while I reviewed his write-up of the inspection notes before leaving. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality service! I will definitely be using him again in the future!

Very friendly, honest, and professional. They don’t try to up-sell anything.
I called them thinking that I needed to have my septic pumped. Turns out, my septic tank was fine and I only had a clog.
They took care of the clog quickly and effectively, with smiles.
When I do need my septic pumped, I will call no one else.

These are my septic guys for life.

I have used these guys a few times. They are honest, up front and give it to you straight. The work is always well done. Before getting to my house they let me know where I was on the schedule and time they estimated to be at my home. They kept in touch and let me know when they were 15 min out. Had different things going on each time they came out. Some branches in our drain, clogged septic and needed a septic inspection and clean out.

When you have water backing up in the downstairs shower drain from the clothes washer and flooding your basement in the middle of the night, you want to talk to a plumber, not an answering service. I was so happy (and surprised) when I called Earthworm Plumbing near midnight and was talking directly to the owner of the company. It was nice to be able to explain the issue to someone who quickly understood. He didn't need to come out immediately, but I wanted to know that he (or someone) would be there in the morning.

Dave Benjamin arrived as promised the next morning with his coworker, Chris. They were both very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Dave immediately asked about the septic tank, but I assured him that it couldn't be that because I just had it pumped last year. And the water from the upstairs shower, dishwasher, and toilet did not cause the water to back up.

Clearly I misled them because they checked the whole drain and did not find a blockage. They then went straight to septic tank and found a lot of sludge blocking the drain pipe inlet to the tank, just like he first suspected. Dave answered all of my questions as to why this could have happened and how to prevent it in the future.

Dave is the most knowledgeable and pleasant man to talk to about plumbing that I have ever met. He actually makes it sound interesting - and sometimes funny. Plumbing is so ingrained in his soul that he can almost diagnose an issue by just a few quick questions. Kind of like the way that Dr. Pol diagnoses animals. You might even say he is the Dr. Pol of plumbing and drainage. Earthworm Plumbing is the only company I will call with plumbing issues from now on. I highly recommend them!

I needed a second opinion in a short-notice situation to resolve a pre-purchase issue with my buyer. David and his crew where there at the house within 24 hours and confirmed and contradicted the claims of the first inspector. My buyer and I have reached a quick compromise and agreement without delay in closing. I will definitely use Earthworm again.

The town of Lebanon wanted us to dig an 8 ft hole in our yard to do some testing for a septic tank. I spoke with David at Earthworm Plumbing. Fortunately he spoke their jargon and quickly took care of all my questions, came over and dug the required hole with his back hoe. It was a relief to have someone on my side who spoke "sewer talk" jargon with the town. He was very professional and knowledgeable. David's number is now at the top of my list for septic emergencies or any such issues.

Called late on a Friday and they arrived in 45 minutes to fix a septic backup. It took them all of about twenty minutes to fix the problem. They were awesome. Reasonably priced. Will not use anybody else going forward. As they say on their business card, "problem solved".

READ THIS!!! My family and I moved here because of the military, so we have very little experience with reputable service providers in this region. Additionally, we are first-time home buyers in this area. We closed on our new home on the 9thof September, moved in on the 10th and by the 17th had a plumbing issue that nearly flooded my basement. Frantic for help I researched all the plumber in the surrounding area, called all my coworkers for advice, and just when I was at the end of my line a good friend of mine referred me to David at Earthworm Plumbing. My family and I hadn’t lived in our new house for more than 7 days. On short notice, I called him at 12pm on the 17th and by 4pm he was at my front door with two trucks worth of equipment. He assessed my issue, informed me of the various possibilities, explained each step of his troubleshooting process and spent the next 2 hours ensuring the problem was resolved to satisfaction.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!
- I only have access to my basement from the inside of the house. The first thing he did was lay a long tarp from the steps outside to the basement to ensure that nothing was tracked through the house.
- He tested the plumbing system at maximum capacity for at least 10 minutes to ensure that the clog was removed.
- Had a plan and discussed following actions if drainage was still slow.
- Was carefully and deliberate about not causing further damage the plumbing system and my basement.

We are appreciative beyond belief that he was the first plumber we interacted with. I am confident in their abilities, and they have my trust and recommendation for fair and straightforward business. It took me a while to unpack my laptop to write this post, but that should not take away from the quality of the work.
