The owner is AWESOME! I live in SC and called on the phone to inquire about a Rope fish! Danny was very helpful and shipped it on Wednesday, I received it next day in the most careful of packaging! As you can see Dobby is thriving and healthy in my black water aquarium! I’m so happy with this business I’m ordering another rope fish and pretty much most all of my aquarium needs from now on.

I set this tank up and put a lot of thought into what type of fish I wanted in my aquarium. I own bichirs and my goal was to find a healthy and active African Reed Fish (aka Rope Fish). This fish came in amazing health and vibrancy despite not being a colorful fish. I called and thanked them for their prompt delivery and providing me with a fish I have dreamt of keeping and caring for. I have already placed a second order to receive another Reed Fish. Great store with a good selection of birds and fish + supplies. The owners are very friendly and knowlegable and clearly care about their animals. I would absolutely recommend them. They currently have a small selection of supplies for dogs and cats but will be increasing their selection in the next year.

I purchased two fire eels from this store. When they arrived in Ohio by overnight shipping one had passed away. I contacted the store and spoke with Peter who then made it his personal task to ensure it was not only replaced, but also he made sure that the replacement went down without a hitch. He spent weeks coordinating with me to ensure even through the harsh northeast US weather to make sure we could get the replacement shipped and done in the best manner. I now have two of the best fire eels I have ever seen and the quality and demeanor of these eels incomparable to any I have ever seen. Peter truly runs a great shop and his customer service untouchable. I recommend anyone looking for anything for their tanks to come here and they will definitely not be dissatisfied. I ordered 25 cardinal tetras to be shipped to Richmond Va overnight. NOBODY in Richmond had any cardinal tetras. The staff was extremely responsive on the phone and through email. They shipped my fish the same day I ordered. I lost 1 fish and transit and 2 more over the course of moving them into the new tank. (within 24 hours)
They sent a few extra tetras than I ordered and a week later they are all healthy and doing great! I could not be happier with my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I would recommend them to anyone who wants healthy fish and great customer service ( :

I've never had a better experience with ANY company! I ordered fish as a gift for my dad and there was an issue with mailing and didn't recieve my package. I called and the owner was MORE than helpful. Normally a business would tell you it's not their problem and send you on your way paying again. He got my order back up and shipped me out a whole new order at no cost. These people care about their customers and their creatures 👏🤍 I'm so grateful to have chosen their shop!!! This is our third time ordering from them and we are so happy every time! He handles all of his animals care and are shipped very quickly. Customer service is amazing and we have had a wonderful experience! Our spotted silver dollars are happy and healthy in their new 180 gallon to grow out in. I ordered about 200 dollars worth of fish and it was totally worth it. Every fish arrived healthy with no problems and almost every fish ate that night. I placed my order over the phone with Peter and he was super prompt and very helpful. Will definitely buy from him again!

I ordered 10 pea puffers to be shipped overnight to Louisiana. The fish showed up on time and packaged in 2 bags with 5 fish each. The bags were the size I have received upwards of 15 fish in from other sellers in the past. The fish came out the bag ready to hunt scuds in my tank. Customer service was also top notch. I spoke with staff through email and over the phone about setting up shipment and the quarantine/medication history of the fish. They seem passionate about shipping healthy livestock and doing so properly.

First order took a month to process due to cold weather but the fish all arrived happy and healthy and are doing well. Second order was processed much faster, within 3 days and shipped on the 4th. There were some items out of stock that werent listed on the website but the owner was very reasonable and actually let me pick other fish that were even a little more expensive than the originals at no extra cost. Once again all fish arrived happy and Healthy. Received multiple phone calls from the owner about the animals well being and overall just a great place to shop with great prices.
