Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I can not say enough good things about this company. First of all Tim was amazing and helped me call my insurance and put my mind at ease. Miguel helped clear the clog and was very professional and friendly. Chandler was my camera tech and he explained everything as he was working the camera through the pipes. He explained what may have caused the clog and areas that may need to be fixed. Jon and his crew came in and did an excellent job cleaning my basement. They were professional and treated my stuff with care. I highly recommend them.

Franklin did an amazing job at my house. He was courteous and very professional. He did all possible actions to satisfy the need and went beyond the scope just to make sure everything is in order and can be trusted on. I have been with This company for a long time and Franklin was in consistence of their services. I will give Frankie 10 stars out of 5 and will endorse his service as he is trust worthy, competent and honest.

They did a great job with a fairly complicated situation. We had water coming down through the basement ceiling and the source was not clear. Thomas traced it to the drain from an upstairs shower and made the fix. But we had water damage and moisture issues from water coming down between the walls, so we needed the water mitigation team to come in and see what needed to be done to make sure we didn’t get mold. Ended up having to take out the wall and ceiling from a downstairs bathroom and then had to do a bunch of drying using industrial strength fans and dehumidifiers. It was a big process, but they were professional and prompt every step of the way. Knowing Tim was in charge and on top of everything helped reduce the stress considerably. He was always ready to go the extra mile to make sure everything got done.

We are had a plumbing emergency yesterday and we have received excellent service starting with Carl who went above and beyond working while also keeping me calm. Within a few hours Carlos arranged for clean-up, helping us step by step and making this as smooth as possible. Sean and Milton worked diligently with clearing, dumping, cleaning and sanitizing our basement and garage. We are very grateful for this team for their professionalism, dedication, and kindness and we would not hesitate to recommend, or call them again. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Charles. He was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything he was going to do today. He had a lot of good questions to get an understanding as to what the cause could be to the drain. He was able to fix our issue right away and cleaned up the areas after he was done, which is a great indication of the professionalism Charles brought with him today. I haven't used Roto-Rooter before, but I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Jon and Hector came out late on a holiday to help us with bathroom sinks and a shower that were backing up, and they were wonderful to work with.

They came out quickly, were honest and open about what they could do as well as the risks involved, were friendly, and did an EXCELLENT job.

Jon is very knowledgeable, and they got us back up and running quickly. You can't ask for any more from a contractor, we highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again if needed.

Bernie was quite a gentleman. He arrived very early & repaired our problem in the bathroom shower fixing it so that you could turn it on & off. Bernie has a very pleasant personality!! I do reccomend him highly!!!

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Jonathan! We were having a plumbing issue and Johnny and his team were able to give me the most efficient solution. This was truly a 5 star service from the communication, pricing, and solving the issue.

Highly recommended. Michael and Steve showed up under short notice on New Year’s Day when our main sewerage line collapsed from outside of the house. Although it took some time to pinpoint the issue and get a proposal for the fix, both of them helped to keep the situation under control and promised to help us through the process as soon as possible. Would come back and leave a follow up review after the issue is resolved, but for now, we really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism from them.

Our tech was Thomas H. He was very professional, arrived on time, reviewed issue, provided us with alternative solutions (each with a quote) and, after we decided on a course of action, Thomas proceeded to complete the work in an efficient manner. Once completed, he reviewed with us the fixed toilet. He left the bathroom spotless and ready for use. He was great and would use RR again!!! Great job Thomas!!

Fernando, who works on restoration, was great, even helped me file an insurance claim. Very professional and took many photos and measurements of our damaged area. He also explained things clearly and answered my questions. Yesterday Franklin, a plumber also from Roto-Rooter, came by for an initial evaluation. Highly recommend!'

Steve from Roto-Rooter was able to come to my house last minute on a Saturday to inspect my drain line to the city sewer. More impressive is this was during the Holiday weekend, and my guests were due to arrive in a few hours. He came on time and was very professional with everything, going the extra mile to diagnose the issue. It also helps he was friendly.

I called Johnattan because my mother was having sewage back up in her house. He went and assisted same day. Diagnosed the issue, gave my mother options and solutions to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
My mother and myself are very grateful on how fast they came to look at everything and to get it all done in a couple of days. For her not to worry about anything with it being the couple days after Christmas was amazing seeing she thought it would take a while . Would highly recommend them and thank you for the help and support!

We had a great service visit by Darley & Hector today. They did a walkthrough, explained what they would be doing and then provided an estimate. We negotiated a good price and then they went to work. Got the drain line cleared and after finishing they cleaned up the work area. Excellent job, would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a drain line problem or other related issues.

Franklin was incredible! I was very happy with the service. He was professional, on time, communicative, and wonderful to be around. The prices were fair and Franklin’s expertise was off the charts. I highly recommend!

John and his partner were amazing (sorry forgot his name :( - We had to call for an emergency plumber on Christmas Day and we were so lucky to get these guys. They were thorough, answered all of our questions and cleaned up after they were done. They then had Scott come out with his camera and give us a deeper understanding of what was happening. Bless these guys for coming out on a Christmas night and helping us out.

Roto-rooter was great. My plumber, Franklin was very kind and knowledgeable. My plumbing issue was not one that we could actively observe. It was something I would find occasionally, so the problem was difficult to diagnose. However, Franklin problem solved and was able to figure out what was wrong!
