I have been an employee of NEIS, Inc. for 8 years and can honestly say that it is a great company to work for. Although a large company, it still has the feel of a family environment. The management is both on a personal and profession level and I hope to stay with the company for the entirety of my career.

Very unprofessional. Tasneem Pervez sends an email that looks like spam and asking for personal company information. We do not respond, then receive another email telling us our insurance will be in jeopardy if we do not provide the requested information. We decided to reach out to our insurance agent and found out it is legit. A more polished email, and coordinated call from our agent would have been a better approach.

Very poor customer service!!! I am only physically in the office two days a week, when the auditor called a few times I wasn't in the office and she did not leave a number or email to be contacted back at. She also did not ask for another number or way to contact me. The Office Admin told her what days I am in each week to contact me back those days, but she didn't and this happened multiple times. She did finally ask for my email (which our entire WC submission was then made within 2 weeks.) A little over a week later I told her I had 90% of the paperwork put together and was waiting on 2 payroll reports from our processing company which would be provided in a day or two. She then called a final time after this email to speak to the owner (which is my husband) and she was extremely rude to him and would not even let him speak and ended up hanging up on him.

Mind you we lost our Office Manager, who was also the previous point of contact right before CoVID. We are also trying to maintain operations amid ever changing guidelines.

NEIS is very unprofessional and rude and I would recommend insurance companies find another audit service to use.

Worked here as a temp for 3 months or so, and it was pretty horrible. The turn over rate is extremely high. I went from being praised for my work to being reprimanded for showing up early to make sure my work was getting completed. Nothing in the quality of my work changed. Those in charge, with the exception of Jillian are extremely condescending. You can talk to me like another adult, without acting like I'm a huge failure for asking a question.
I was constantly catching/fixing other peoples mistakes, yet was let go for mine (which I was never made aware of). I was invited to the company outing, then told not to come back the next day. They never said a word to me, then emailed my agency after hours saying they were ending my assignment. I'm not even allowed to go get my stuff or say goodbye to my coworkers; I have to give my agency my keys and a list of what I have there, and hope they get everything that's mine.
NEIS didnt even provide an actual reason for ending my assignment.
I had even asked my coworkers/agency for advice on what I should be doing to stay on their 'good side'. So beware in working here and beware of being audited by them (look at the other reviews regarding their audits)

Legitimately the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with. The accountant assigned to do an audit for our company called me on the phone and launched into asking me audit questions without even letting me know that's what she was attempting to do. I asked her to send me an email with the info she needs and I'd get back to her. She did but it did not immediately go through, an error on her part. When I finally got the email I sent over what info I had right before I had to leave the office. She proceeded to call 6 more times, before I finally had to pick up and tell her I was not in the office and would have to get back to her.

This has been the worse experience of my life these people sent an email out to the wrong address my husband company is in a Hubzone he hasn't had steady work since COVID he did one small job during the audit period Annette Thigpen stated over 2-3 weeks ago she only had 5 Audits including ours and it's still not complete we stand a chance of losing a million dollar contract due to this person and this company we are speaking with our attorney to see if he can resolve this issue. I hope and pray Coverwallet will find new auditors.
