This is a great place for those who like to wear new dresses. Available dresses are of very good quality. If you have money, you may get those clothes. I really liked their stock. I would like to visit the place again, provided that I get a chance again.

This location is always clean & organized. Tonight I came in close to closing & met an employee who I believe is named Shauna. She had outstanding customer service skills & was so kind. I really enjoyed being able to chat with her during check out. You all rock- thank you for making my night!

Lots of great buys all over the store at Old Navy. In every dept. It was fun , every dept I went in had so many sales I had to slow myself down. I may have to go back bc I have a couple more gifts to get! Make it a stop on your list.

Hamden Old Navy best customer service ever. Also this store has a plus size department not all do. Great sale items. Nice kids and baby department too. Big selection for everybody.

$2.50 plus tax for a scarf for Remy (our dog). Parked in a pick up area, logged in our info, and they brought it out. Verified it was us. Couldn't have been easier. Appreciate the safe and efficient service.

I stopped by to find a last minute outfit for a themed event. The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. The prices were very reasonable. Awesome store!

Over all it was good but they have no shopping carts or the bag where I can put my items . I have to carry everything in my hand and shop too which was pretty difficult for me.

Went very early in morning clean and a little to cluttered to much put in one spot but went to get gift cards for Christmas and they let me buy it with my credit card which most places are not letting you do anymore being that everybody is running scams so I appreciate that .

Great deals, wide selections but not enough cashiers during the holidays so long wait times.

Excellent customer service with decent selection of merchandise. They provide online pick up service, and are less "busy" after 5pm.

Service was amazing, every employee was helpful and friendly. The clothing selection was extensive and inexpensive.
