I had a return for an online order and the sales lady named Civia assisted me with the return and helped me order an sweater that this location only had in a size that didn't fit me. She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient. Overall, a wonderful experience and high quality clothing items to boot.

I’m a Safety Manager of 18 years. I went from a manufacturing environment to a construction environment and now interviewing with a company to go back into manufacturing. I completely had zero business attire outfits. I was stressed for 3 days straight. I had gone to Kohls… bad idea! Then my wife said to go to Milford because there are more options to find business clothes there. I found this Banana Republic and Annadena greeted me right when I walked in. I told her that I need a lot of help finding a interview outfit. Within 5-10 minutes she found the perfect shirt and slacks for me and a necklace that goes very nicely. She retrieved different sizes for me with no problem at all. Thank you Annadena!!
