Top Notch, Nothing replaces experience and Richard has it!!! He fixed our leaky Hot Water valve...actually MADE A TOOL onsite to pull the bad part, then replaced it and now no more drip. Don't hesitate to contact R&M.

Decent work but way way too expensive. 500.00+ to install two faucets and a garbage disposal. Luckily I found a new plumber. Charges 1/3 less and is just as competent.

Be prepared to take out a 2nd mortgage when this guy gives you his bill .... Good God!!!! Showed up on time and so far work is good but way to expensive. I think he has his title confused with licensed MD instead of licensed plumber.

Back in September I was charged $320 JUST to REPLACE A THERMOSTAT! There was no issue with my previous one, I just didn’t like because it was difficult for me to manage.

The reason for my review now is because I needed another company to replace my second one, and the price was $80. I’m extremely upset over this company that overcharges. I do not recommend!!
