Larry down at Pep boys, in Hamden CT, was an amazing help and an extremely knowledgeable on what happened with my tires and how to go about keeping them going longer. He was great at helping me find the best deal and looks out for his customers! If you could work with him, highly recommended!

I had my 150,000 mile maintenance for my car. Everything went great and they even found the power steering control arms were worn out. I want to thank Edgar and Larry for a great job and all the help. I feel very comfortable going in and having work done at this location.

I was treated very well by staff. It was explained to me the different types of tires and what would work for me.
It took a bit longer than expected but all in all I will definitely use Pep Boys for all my car needs from now on

These guys are great and keep me on the road. They've taken great care of my cars for years, and even helped me to dispose of one when it reach the end of it's time. They were also willing to inspect the truck it was being replaced with before I made the purchase. The waiting room is usually clean, haven't seen a time when it wasn't, and the staff is always polite, professional, friendly, a wealth of valuable information, and generally great to chat with.

Great Service and Communication! They were able to take me in day off and explained everything I needed. Also worked with me to get everything I needed done within my budget.

Pep Boys is much more than tires! The mechanics, particularly Raff are experienced, professional and talented. Larry & Raff make a great team :) The work that has been done on my 2011 BMW has saved me thousands of dollars. Not to mention the hassle of a dealership. I am in and out with an appointment in a few hours. YEAH!!!!
