Chris was very responsive for a drip in our shower. I had ordered the wrong cartridge and Chris helped me identify the correct one, and he returned promptly to install it.

Contacted Chris on a Saturday when a shut off valve under our bathroom sink was leaking. Chris responded right away and was there on Sunday morning to fix the problem professionally and quickly.

I made a call to Chris Jones Plumbing and Heating and experienced immediate response to my need for service.
Chris arrived within an hour of my call with all appropriate pieces, diagnosed the issue immediately, and made the necessary repairs.

He then completed thorough testing, and the problem was completely resolved.
I would recommend his services highly!

Chris was very helpful. I had a hot water stem that would no longer stop the water from flowing. I explained to chris and send him picture. He replied back and said he can fix it. I called on a Monday and he was able to come Thursday. When I called he did explained he had other job he had to finish. I told him I understand and appreciate his honesty because if I had a big project I would like him to finish that project before taking other jobs. So I was ok he was able to come on Thursday. Even then he came earlier and was able to remedy the issue. He waited for me to arrive so we can meet. He is very professional and kind. I would use him again.

Really appreciated Chris was able to fit us in the same morning we called after discovering a stop off valve had sprung a leak. Chris was efficient at diagnosing problem and had it fixed in no time. Glad I took advice of community forum to call him. Will not use local big name contractor again.

Chris was very professional. Did a great job in my kitchen. Called me the day before just to check in. Was incredibly neat and very concerned about "doing it right the first time" and being sure I was happy with the result - which i was !! Highly recommend.

This team was relentless in their pursuit to fix our hot water heater.

First, on a day they were booked solid, they took the time to stop by, scope out the work and determine a plan of action. This was practically minutes after our early morning call.

The fix happened to be a little trickier than originally anticipated, the team returned later that day and were persistent in resolving the issue. They worked diligently into the night, returned the next morning and the problem was fixed.

One attribute that became quickly apparent was they take PRIDE in their work. They are nice guys too. I will recommend Jones Plumbing to friends and family.

So glad I checked Cheshire forum on Facebook for recommened plumbers and found Chris! He was prompt, took the time to explain everything he was doing and got the job done. I absolutely will be using him again!

This was a great experience, he did a lot of work under the kitchen sink and it's very professional, no leaks, perfect. He also was fast, honest and reasonable and he works with my work schedule.

Called Chris regarding the lack of hot water , he was right on point with what the issue was and provided a solution right over the phone, he then came to my house when he said he would, Gave me a quote and within a few days we had it all fixed, Chris was punctual, courteous, priced fair and very professional, without a doubt Jones Plumbing is and will be my go to for my plumbing needs
