Dr. Padilla, Dr. Feldman & staff provided excellent & compassionate care for my cat through her 18th year. I will be seeing them soon with my newly adopted kitty, knowing she will be in good hands.

I adopted my kitten at the West Haven Animal Clinic . The staff is very polite and friendly.
Including Worker June who’s been there for sometime now as exceptionally helpful. I also helped my neighbor adopt a kitten from the same litter.

My dog Mac (Bison Frise prone to stones) had stones. The staff and Doctor were compassionate and professional. Also, they don't overcharge. THANK YOU 😊

Took our Long hair black cat Midna to have her spayed. They did a beautiful job and she was treated so wonderfully. The staff all fell on love with her..we actually adopted her from this hospital.

It is ALWAYS a great customer service experience here. They are THE BEST Veterinarian Clinic I've gone to. They work so well with animals. Your pet is theirs true understanding of how much you care for your animals. I would give them 10 stars 🌟

We're so happy to have found Dr Padilla & this animal clinic. Excellent with 2 of our cats. Techs are careful & caring. Very warm welcoming atmosphere.

I cannot ever thank enough Dr. Feldman, Dr. Padilla and all the staff at West Haven animal clinic. My 15 months old cat decided to swallow a bell that fell off from one of his toys. Dr. Padilla and Dr. Feldman were immediately available to tell what would be the next steps in evaluation and treatment. Dr. Feldman talked to me on the phone multiple times, each time close to 30 mins for counseling. Dr. Padilla saw my boy, Gerdoo, over weekend, and performed an Xray. Gerdoo eventually had an exploratory laparatomy by Dr. Padilla, who removed the toy (and some other plastic bands he had swallowed). The staff was very understanding and returned my calls when I called for updates. They took good care of my boy for few days after his surgery before he returns home safely. He has since recovered and back to being playful. No more bell toys for him, and waiting for the belly hair to grow back!
As a physician, I can only appreciate how passionate Dr. Padilla and Feldman were in taking care of Gerdoo, and made sure he does not undergo unnecessary procedures which would mean more suffering for him with no clear benefit. The cost of care was reasonable for all evaluations and surgery.

They are very nice and polite I will recommend everyone who has dogs call today clinic...

Don't let the look of the place fool you. Over the years I've had 7 dogs. (Have 3 currently) They have gone above and beyond for my dogs and saved 2 of my dogs lives. The Dr. Is always super friendly. He's amazing with my dogs (I've gone to newer bougie places in long Island and wasn't a fan of how they handle my dogs, no personal touch) I recently moved away from the milford and west haven area. However, I had an emergency today with one of my dogs. I called all the animal hospitals In my new area and was added to waiting lists. Though I'm far I reached out to west haven animal clinic and they told me to head in and took her immediately. I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THEY DO.

I love this place, it feels like a family. They take great care of our pets and the doctors really care. You can definitely find fancier places but I haven't found one this good.

I love the staff here they are always so sweet and happy to take care of my pup!! They treat my puppy as there own which makes me confident that we are always in good hands. Dr. Padilla is also amazing. We are always very happy to see him. As new puppy owners, he always makes sure that we have all of our questions and worries answered and makes sure to give us all the advice we need. I always leave very happy and satisfied with the service and treatment we receive.
