T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I've been to this store 3 times in the last couple of years. Each time the staff have been attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Even during a busy time and down a staff member, they still gave excellent service. Best store and best service I've ever had from any mobile service provider. Thank you, I'll be back!

I’m a paraplegic and accidentally dropped my wallet out of my pocket on the way to T-Mobile. Where I met an employee named Wayne. He was a wonderful worker and I immediately left my phone with him to go get my wallet. Luckily I found it after I retraced my wheeling lol. When I got there he already had my new screen protector installed. So now my phone looks beautiful thanks to an understanding amazing human. So grateful for your time and T-Mobile is a great establishment who cares about their customers.

I love the service and quality of workers here. I bought a brand new Apple Watch series 6 and was helped by Khalil he had a great personality and the services were really good. All around a really nice store and good location and the staff lives up to a 5 star reputation.

I went into the store with a few inquiries about my bill and there were a few people ahead of me. The team that was working made sure that my wait was as quick and painless as possible. Once it was my turn Khalil walked me through my bill and made everything make sense and even got me a new phone at an amazing price! Definitely my go to store now!

Khalil Is one of the nicest, most professional employees at T-Mobile. All of the staff go above and beyond but I have to call out Khalil because he is always spot on with his customer service! I was a sprint customer before the switch and now I am a die hard T-Mobile customer all because Khalil made the switch so easy! I just want to say thank you Khalil and the staff at this location. Keep up the great work!

So I haven't gotten a "real" phone plan for years. I've used boost and metro and wanted something better now that my credit is good.

I came in and got an amazingly good deal for 2 phones, an iPhone for my girlfriend an a nord for me, plus OtterBox cases and glass screen protectors.

The best part was the customer service though. I had lots of questions and also wanted help with putting the screen protectors and such together, and Estela and Khalil both helped me 2 different days. They even transfered my girlfriend's data between phones.

Honestly I've never had a better experience with getting new phones. This was so easy, so affordable, and just a really great experience. I would definitely recommend coming to see either of these two reps

This location goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I worked with Khalil when trying to upgrade my phone. He took great care of me and was exponentially knowledgeable about any questions that I had for him regarding my new upgrade. Thanks T-Mobile and special thanks to Khalil for making my experience great!

Not sure what's been going on with my phone here lately but it's finally on its last leg. Had to go to T-Mobile here on South Grand and Arsenal and they made it so simple and easy kindness care and I was out of there just like me and like to do. Anyway Leann was very helpful with everything I needed , and did it with a smile.Really! She really no her stuff ! Too bad they don't have a tip bucket because she would've gotten one! Thanks for making it easy for me Leann and Tmobile

Khalil was very helpful when I entered the store and showed great respect while helping me and others. Good at multitasking and also shows that he is very knowledgeable about his job. Looking forward to having him open me an account with you guys.

I wanted to post about my experience from yesterday afternoon. This store has been very nice and accommodating as I was looking to upgrade. As I was checking out my options, I witnessed Khalil being very professional with this woman Paris Wright. The woman (Paris) was on another level of attitude and straight up rude as hell for no reason. Her grandmother even had to get involved and was apologizing for Paris’ behavior. The disrespect. Khalil handled the situation very well and was still able to achieve the goal of getting her what she wanted despite her behavior.

This location's team members go above and beyond to delivery quality service, specifically Khalil. When I wanted to switch from Verizon he worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. If you ever come here ask for Khalil because he is the best.

Called and got great customer service and advice from manager! I then showed up a few hours later and purchased a ph from from "Estela" (who was very knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service as well) She also helped me transfer data from my old phone.
The entire staff is was super friendly and very attentive to the customers

I've been to this location twice since moving to Tower Grove. Great customer service and no pressure to change your mind when you tell them what you want. Today Estela was extremely helpful. She got me in and out and put the screen protector and case on without me asking. I've been a customer for 13 years, and I have no reason to switch.

I was in the store when Paris Wright was there— she was the problem. Khalil was patient and offered plenty of workarounds to every issue he could. He’s always been really helpful to me, and upgraded me with no issues last month. He needs to be rewarded for his hard work and if anyone disagrees… you’re wrong.

Having to get a new phone has never been this easy! Mirzet and Tyler are awesome— not only are they knowledgeable and professional, but their friendly demeanors and positive energy made my entire experience incredibly enjoyable. I went in to replace my broken iPhone XR with an iPhone 12 Pro, and I was in and out in less than an hour with full device protection and financed accessories. Additionally, they gave me great advice tailored to my personal preferences and storage limitations; plus, they set everything up for me without hesitation. I highly recommend going to this store to resolve any and all of your mobile device tribulations, as the staff will listen to your needs and adjust their approach to whatever they may be. Cheers!

Where do I start, first and foremost Mirzet M. was amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions and made the process super easy. He also went out of his way to track down a phone I wanted that wasn't available in store. Would highly recommend this location and for anyone to work with him. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Probably the best T-Mobile location in the city, where else can you get some ice cream or take a walk while trustworthy associates like Khalil do their best to get you situated?? When I was there, there were some people tripping out having lost their patience at no fault of the workers, but this is South City we talking about so as long as the cops don’t show up it’s normal day for me.

Went to the store 1/14 and a young man named Khalil helped me. I love this location and have had no problems! Can’t wait to upgrade my phone next week!

Went to T mobile for a new phone and was helped by a nice young man named Khalil, he helped me pick the perfect plan and the phone that was best for me. It was quick and easy and he had a great attitude.

I lost the ability to dial out on my phone. Every call would ring once then disconnect. I stopped at the T-Mobile location on South Grand and explained the situation to Estela. Wow! The caring attitude and kindness she displayed served my anxious mood. Estela checked the settings and found all to be well. She suggested changing the sim card. Voila! All systems were a go.
