I am an extremely difficult customer and usually am always rushing. The people in this place have superb customer service!!! My son had asthma so bad when he was a few years younger and they always made sure I was taken care of especially if my insurance wasn't cooperating. I have never gotten an attitude from any of the staff members (even though I definitely deserved it a few times) and they even recognize me by name. They found my EBT card on the side of the street today and called me to let me know they have it. Today I am blessed. This pharmacy is constantly doing that. I can look past alot just because if there excellent customer service. BRAVO.

Most organized and professional pharmacy, and they are very kind. Forgiving. And she always says yes. Not, "oh were waiting to hear from the doctor." None of that b.s. Keep it up folks. And thank you.

I LOVE ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS. I'M LEGALLY BLIND WITH STAGE 5 KIDNEY FALIUR AND THEY FILL MY MEDICINES FOR ME AND DELIVER THEM TO MY FRONT DOOR. THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY TO ME, AND EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY. EVEN THOUGH I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH, THEY SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH, SO THEY CAN CATER TO MORE PEOPLE.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 *****

I've been using this Pharmacy for over a year now, the Pharmacists are good. The front counter help leaves a lot to be desired. I have to call 24 hours before I need prescriptions filled to make sure the medication is in stock and if not ensure that they order it. This is so aggravating and frustrating. I will admit they have gotten much better over the last two months, I really hope they continue to improve.

Tienen que adiestrar al personal y capacitarlo, pero es URGENTE que lo hagan YA.
Al cliente ay que saberlo tratar y que el cliente se sienta cómodo y bien atendido y sienta que lo estan atendiendo bien.
El personal debe de evitar de ( FUMAR ) al frente de la farmacia, si quieren fumar fumen después que salgan de su trabajo, no en horas de trabajo ya que están tratando con personas que algunas como yo tememos que buscar las medicinas y nos da el humo del cigarrillo de segunda mano y eso no se ve bien para una farmacia.
Yo tengo problemas en unos de mis pulmones y cuando fui por primera vez de uno de los empleado estaba afuera fumando y en el momento que yo voy a entrar el entraba y todo ese olor de cigarrillo yo me lo tuve que oler.
Lo otro es que ahí que ser puntual a la hora que le dicen al cliente para cuándo se le entregará los medicamento, a mi me dijeron qué me la traían para es sábado a las 11:00 am, pero YO tuve que buscarla el lunes y cuando fui a buscarla no la encontraban, habian más de cien entregas y no estaban todas las órdenes en orden, ósea que deberían buscar una capacitación para que les enseñe como tener todo en orden y excelentemente bien organizado cómo debería de ser.
Todavía están a tiempo y estoy seguro que van a salir adelanté.
Sorry pero no más empleados fumando en horas de trabajo y peor aún al frente de la farmacia, organizar todas las entregas entregarlas puntuales mejor atención al cliente y una excelente presentación de todo él personal.

This has been my mom and I’s pharmacy for almost 11 years now and we have had little issues here and there but nothing has topped the lack of professionalism that I’ve seen within the past year or so. Mike is the only reliable and responsible delivery driver. The others either send medications that belong to other people or refuse to go upstairs to deliver the medication to my apartment. They have a tendency to lose peoples medications then act tho as if they delivered it. The girls who work at the front desk all have terrible attitudes. They are supposed to deliver medications once a week and due to some of the drivers that don’t want to come up the stairs,they only deliver medication to my home once or twice a month at most. Sometimes we receive medications and scripts that have been filled for almost 2 months and just never delivered til then. They never call to tell us when theirs refills,new scripts,etc. we always have to call them. I once had a driver that they send to my home occasionally who refuses to come up the stairs and my mom has chronic back issues and she can’t go up and down the stairs too often. This driver called my mom asking if I could meet her halfway down the stairs( the last time she did this , I wasn’t home so she literally drove all the meds back to the pharmacy) I go halfway down and she’s in the pharmacy car and she honks the horn at me. So I go down and as I’m signing the paper, she’s on the phone and she tells me to hurry up. Y’all need to be mindful of who y’all hire. Today (4/28/2023) my mom had to literally call them 5xs because my mom needed a script filled and they where extremely rude and unprofessional. They literally gave my mom anxiety and chest pains. Y’all need to stop playing with folks lives and do things the way they need to be done.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Asked about my kids prescriptions and was GUARANTEED that I could get them. Next day they said I was lying about being guaranteed the medications and that my insurance company would not do an override for co-pays even though multiple agents at the insurance company said they will. Very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN will I contact this place.
