Midway Pizza

The best pizza & grinders! The best rice pudding! Best food. Fresh, and always delicious! I now live in Florida, but I always make time to get my favorite food at Midway pizza! I have been coming here for over 30 years!!

Stayed at the Mystic Marriott and ordered a pizza from Midway pizza. Didn't take long. Pizza arrived hot and was absolutely delicious.

THE BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!! the bacon and scallops pizza was amazing. Great mom and pop pizza shop. There wasn't really any room to sit and eat and the inside looked a little dirty but I've found over the years that's the best places to eat. I can't recommend this place enough.

I'm not shocked after all these years that they are still open. My husband is addicted to their cajun chicken salads, and their grinders are phenomenal. The bread is always so fresh. No matter how busy they are, they're always very prompt and order always out on time.

This review is way overdue! me and my family have been going here occasionally since 2016. The food and service is always so great! They treat you very well. After my many visits and orders I have never experienced any issues with the quality of the food or the service You will not be disappointed if you choose midway.

I love getting pizza here!!! This place will not disappoint you. They are always good and provide service with a smile.

I always thought there were no good pizza places in Groton, but then I got Midway. It's great.

Came in to grab a small pepperoni and while I was waiting, they gave me a large pie that was ready at the small pie price. This how you find and keep customers. Thank you so much.

Calzone was wonderful, dipping sauce was sweet, very nice, fries with cheese good choice for my son. Very happy with the portions and flavor.
Ordered again last night and thought I would order the "fresh" seafood, you mean frozen seafood, and not that great the clam strips were grocery store level at best. 2 stars on that one

Delicious food especially there pizza!!! The delivery time is exceptional and the employees are friendly, kind, and respectful. The prices are a little bit high depending on what you order but we'll worth it. Also Midway Pizza has been around for a very long time now it has different owners.

Very good food the owner and staff are very nice and outgoing they make you feel like you belong good conversation while you wait I always get the pizza subs the chicken wings meal 🥙 gyro I tried so many different items and it's so good no complaints the prices are very fare you get plenty of food ☺ it's well worth the 30 minute drive up and 30 minute drive back that I take to go there..

If I could leave four and a half, I would before it seems too low so I'd rather round up to five. Honestly really good food for what it is a quick eats, pizza counter. The meatball sub and the chicken cutlet were fantastic, and there's a good homely feel inside. They'll be seeing a lot of our business as the quarantine rules keep us locked away. Nice little touch from the owner too as he threw in a little dessert after I mentioned I got laid off on my birthday the day before. Highly recommend especially as people need to start budgeting right now, the prices were great.

I just recently moved to the area and this pizza place is right next to my neighborhood. I decided to try it out and when I walked in the owner was talking to a gentleman, (that you could tell was a regular) and he told the gentleman that his order was on him because from the sounds of it his mother was either in poor health or had passed. 😢 AMAZING! Customer service!! He also threw in some of there homemade rice pudding (which I had to try myself). Delicious!!

The tastiest pizza I’ve had for a long time

I’m at a loss for words I mean this pizza blew me away!!! The sauce is excellent everything is good!!! I called last week for a delivery and forgot to tell them I wanted delivery my bad anyway I waited for my pizza and finally they called and said are you coming to pick up your pizza OMG I apologized profusely and Jimmy (owner) was nice enough to bring the pizza to me and to top it off their credit card machine was not working so he said pay me tomorrow what service 🙏🏻Definitely try this place grinders are also good

Best place for pizzas, grinders and everything else! I have been coming here for over 20 years...even though I moved to Florida....I always stop here to get the best grinder and pizza around. Everything is Fresh. Great burgers, and onion rings & sandwiches and you must get the Rice Pudding!! Yum!

This is the best around the local area. We order from them once a week. The Gryro, BBQ chicken pizza, the chicken wings platter, fish and chips are our favorite. Actually, we haven't tried the other menus for a reason: and that is, once we ordered those for the first time, we fell in love right away. It's kind of love at first bite.

We’ve been ordering here for years now and they’re always the best! The pizza crust is perfect and their sauce is amazing. We've never had anything we didn’t love ❤Oh and the rice pudding.... sooo good!!

In Connecticut for a vacation, drove by this place, stopped in and got the best fish and chips I've ever had! My son got the pastrami sub, it was great! These folks are very friendly and they take pride in their place of business. A must go to!
