If I can give it a 10 stars out of 5 I would! David was a pleasure working with him! He’s really knowledgeable, hardworking, honest and friendly person to be around with! Every single question I had was answered! When you come to this store Ask for David! He’ll take care of you!

The young gentleman that assisted us was very professional. Directed us to the perfect mattress. Made sure that it was the right mattress by asking questions that helped us make the decision. Very knowledgeable!

Jaime made the experience a good one. Told her what I was looking for and she showed me many options. Very pleasant and not pushy. Didn’t plan on buying, was just looking. But purchased a mattress I’m hoping I’ll love!!

From entering the door they were ready to help with all my questions. I was able to get a great Presidents’ Day sale and some freebies as well. They talked me through the whole process and got great deals along the way!

Jaimie offered delivery and installation of a minor accessory to my newly purchased mattress and frame. That was very kind, truly “white glove” service. As kind as that was, husband is home, sick, and as a nurse, I couldn’t morally allow exposure of anyone to his illness. She accepted my proposal to come into store to pick up accessory. I needed to shop more for the holidays, so to me, it’s a win!

I had a terrific time at the Lisbon store yesterday. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcoming when greeted by Jaime. We stared a conversation about what I was look for. I was patiently shown all the beds that were currently on sale and then asked what size bed I was thinking of possibly purchasing. All my question (and there were many) were answered. I ended up spending a hour at the store.. great time. I learnt so much from Jaime.. she was/is very knowledgeable about the Mattress Firms Brand. We talked about many possibly buying options and she even shared with me that there might be customer returned Mattress cleaned and made to be like new at a huge discount. At no time did I feel pressured in making a purchase. To anyone looking to make a purchase I definitely would recommend Jaime.. she’s very passionate about and completely honest when it comes to making a purchase at Mattress Firm..

Jaime was absolutely the best!!! She listened to what we were looking for - and how much we wanted to spend!! She didn’t push us on anything but also provided us with options! 100% recommend and the manager was also very helpful! And the turn around time to have the bed delivered was great! Had a great experience considering it was the 4 stop of the day which we started there! ——- ended up getting the bigger bed. I called Jaime and she did a quote for me - and can’t wait to get the bigger bed!

guided us in making a decision. It was a painless and easy experience with next day delivery!

I ordered my mattress from here and Jaime helped me with my initial order. She was amazing answering all questions and concerns. After receiving, I had assistance from Jaime and Drew. They resolved any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond to assist me. I wish more people and business provided the amazing customer service as I received. David was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. As we graduated from a queen to a king, he was able to walk us through all of our options and guide us in the right direction! He even told us about special sale items that we otherwise would not have known about! Thankfully, because we were able to get the #1 mattress in America for almost half the cost and we love it!
