Bentley is incredibly patronizing and dismissive. Not only did he attempt to quote my policy at almost twice the rate I was paying last year, he then tried to lecture me about said policy. It wasn't until I showed him 3+ other companies willing to insure with same coverage for significantly less did he magically find an option at that price.

This year, when I called a week in advance to change the account an EFT payment was drawn from, his office said it would be no problem. They then withdrew the funds from a defunct account, costing me overdraft fees. When I called him regarding this issue, he told me he requires at minimum 2 weeks notice to change anything on the account, and that I should contact the bank because he "did my job, its not my fault". He then called me defensive and asked for proof of said withdrawal and fees.

Finally fed up with his attitude and general lack of professionalism, I found better coverage for literally $90 less per month.

This doesn't even address how impossible it is to get him on the phone or receive a call back after leaving messages. I would never, ever recommend anyone purchase insurance policies through this broker.
