Always have had a great experience at this CVS. Very friendly cashiers and pharmacy employees! Love the cvs coupons and extra bucks; I wouldn’t shop here without the discounts. I also wish they were open later.

I always have a great experience. Always use my 40% discounts here. Also, Myke is the friendliest and most helpful employeee there. Gives me a lot of helpful info and I appreciate the mask wearing. Makes me feel safer.

First impressions says it all and this was my first ever stop at CVS/Pharmacy 58 Pennsylvania Avenue, Niantic, CT and my experience was an excellent first. Spacious aisles, accurate signage everywhere, and acknowledgement of my arrival at the consultation designation. They were very busy and still acknowledged me. Within 3 minutes I was greeted and helped. I received my prescription and was offered their ExtraCare card for added savings. Everything was taken care of and any questions were answered. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

All these bad bad bad reviews are the were in the past when all old staff were at this CVS the are new staff and managers. I would like to tell you now in 2019 this is the best CVS in the country and it has the nicest staff. The manager Amy has trained all the Niantic CVS crew very VERY well. I have been to several CVS's around Connecticut and I would like to personally award this CVS at 58 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic CT the best CVS

This is a great pharmacy! The people are super friendly and helpful and when you call them and they tell you that someone will call you back, they actually do. And usually in less time they tell you.

After 40+ years in retail I can tell you that these people care!

I would like to complement the improved service and improved look of CVS in Niantic, Connecticut. The 2 women that were working on Monday evening were a refreshing experience. Kudos to them for improving the look and friendliness, which has not been the norm for quite some time. One suggestion, there are dead bugs at the base of all the windows that face the parking lot. Badly needs a clean up of the windows.This is our only pharmacy in town, take care of it. Thank you.

It's okay for most prescription filling and quick shopping some prescriptions have to be ordered or are part of a shortage so call ahead of time

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I have received THREE different stories in the span of an hour about my prescription: 1) not in stock 2) it was kicked back to your dr 3) we never received a script for you. The staff is not knowledgeable and incredibly rude. Least professional pharmacy I have ever experienced.

CVS Niantic has lost another customer. Unprofessional pharmacy staff, and they tried overcharging me for a prescription. I have switched to Stop and Shop in Niantic, courteous and honest staff always!

Don’t go this shady and unprofessional place. Workers at CVS Pharmacy at this location does not have an idea what they are doing. They chill , they have fun with each other , but don’t care about sick customers which are waiting in a line for 2 hours and at the end they send you to another location, sorry what what can we do about this and that’s it. Totally fraud , be careful if you take medicines from this place they can easily mess up with doses too. No experience just group of professional liars.
