Los Garcia Mexican Fusion

This was probably the best tacos al pastor I've ever had! Phenomenal! It was really busy and raining when I arrived but they handled it as fast as they could. The staff was very patient, courteous, and expeditious. They greeted their regulars warmly and were friendly to all others. The menu is simple with pictures that actually match what you receive, very reasonable prices, and the food is delicious! I traveled from an hour away and I highly recommend it!

I’m living in Waterbury for 8 years and I can tell this is the best tacos, service , burritos ever!! I had a party today with 15 people at home so I ordered 25 tacos mix , steak, chicken , shrimp, birria. Eva is amazing she took my order , call me back , explain everything what I want and make me feel so comfortable. Made everything like I told her and extra. Bowl of different sauces , bowl of lemon, bowl of salads. The presentation wow wow . Delivery guy went upstairs inside my house set up everything for me. Great people amazing service. Thank you guys.

I can say this is one of the best places I ate elotes from and the shrimp taco as well…like this def is the spot…PERFECT!!

Amazing! This restaurant is a must visit!! I highly recommend anyone in the area stop by Los Garcia. The Tamarindo (tamarind juice) is delicious and fresh.
They have lots of options for food types and proteins.
Also, they have a great taco deal: 3 tacos plus two sides (rice and beans—refried or black beans).
The outside seating is spacious and has nice shade.
There is also inside seating with air conditioning and a salsa bar.

I’ve heard great things about Los Garcia for years now, and am honestly disappointed in myself that I hadn’t been sooner. Finally an opportunity presented itself, and I can attest that it’s 100% worth the hype! The tacos were fantastic, and I always know a place is legit when they double shell the tacos. Everything was super flavorful, including the guacamole and even the chips, which had a nice seasoning on them. We ordered ahead and the food was ready when we arrived, which was perfect since it was peak lunchtime. We sat in their indoor seating area, and it was an efficient and very tasty lunch. I also ordered a tamale (not pictured) and it was soooo good, it almost gives my favorite place for a tamale a run for its money! I live close by and definitely plan on returning when I’m craving authentic Mexican food.

Just great food! I had their Huaraches and all the food our family had was just outstanding!

I've introduced so many friends and coworkers to Los Garcia! The food is always fresh, well prepared. The staff is welcoming, the prices are very fair. This is, hands down, my favorite Mexican spot in the state. The shrimp tacos are my favorite. I was floored the first time I ordered them and they came out looking EXACTLY like the picture on the side of the truck. When have you ever seen that?

So far, this is my favorite Mexican spot for quesadillas and burritos. I will warn you, though... while their food still taste great, their portions have become smaller. What used to be a really thick Buritto has now shrunk in size. I'll provide a short video for demonstration. The burrito still tastes good and is still worth $10, but the difference is noticeable if you're a long-time customer. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are comfortable places to sit and enjoy a meal.

They have many other dishes as well. Pay and wait in your car until your order is completed. Nice and and simple.

Food is awesome . Great tacos and they always give a good variety of salsa and enough . They dont have jarrito juice though and parking area is tight on busy nights .

Birria Tacos are amazing , 3 for $12 . Their Mexican corn is good to . They have the choice of mild or spicy . I’ve also had their steak tostados which are very good as well . Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is a wait . I recommend calling ahead . Also they only accept CASH.

Lengua tacos and Al pastor tacos are the best I've had. The Al Pastor has small pineapple chunks on the taco which makes this very tasty and brings out the flavor of meat. Cooked perfectly, not dry and flavorless like most of the places I've tried.

The Lengua (cow tongue) is by far the best, tastiest morsels of meat you can get. They definitely give their food proper love and attention.

Side note, they are expanding soon. Last time I was there, they were building a new truck identical to the one they have parked here permanently.

The best tacos ever. Everything is always consistent and delicious. I love the Al pastor tacos and the churros. It’s definitely a 5 star review! It’s cash only which is kinda lame but it’s worth the bank run.

What do you say to a 3 taco combo with a beverage for 10 bucks? Yeah, us too. Who's not down for that?! We both had the tacos al pastor, but other choices were tempting. Outstanding Mexican dishes - best we've had since leaving Colorado 3 years ago. Homemade sauces are fresh, tasty and range in heat level to cover all preferences. Seating inside - a dozen or so tables, plus a bathroom, and plenty of outside space in nicer weather. Very friendly staff. Location is under 5 mins off the highway and worth the detour. We'll definitely be back for this!

Best taco truck I've eaten at so far. They have fresh and great tasting food. The corn is my favorite and the natural juices. I usually call, order before I pick up, and they are ready within minutes.

I can see why this restaurant serves some of the best food in the city and why it has one of the best ratings. It is authentic Mexican food, yet with a twist. They pair the food with some creative flavors. They offer several different types of sauces that they have concocted. Their prices are more than reasonable for what they offer. The food is flavorful and very good.
