I was with Dr. Gottiparthy for almost 20 years.
He was the best doctor and the most professional doctor I had ever met.
He treated most of my family.
It pained me so to have to leave him as my doctor 3 years ago when I moved to Florida.
Now you will never find abetter doctor than him if I ever return to Connecticut I would love to have Dr. Gottiparthy again for my doctor.
As far as his receptionists if I called them and needed to see the doctor they tried to get me in that day.
When you saw Dr. Gottiparthy he gave you all the time you needed. Sometimes I had to wait past my appointment time but I didn't mind. Because I knew that someone else needed his attention.

I never have a problem going here as a matter of fact one of the doctors that I've seen here was very helpful what's the problem I was having that she happened to notice and I'm glad she acted on what she noticed and was able to guide me to the person who will be able to help me which I greatly appreciate her for that and everything she has done for me ❤ I wasn't there for that but do to her noticing an actor on what she saw I was able to get the help that I needed and that way that's so long for ❤❤😂

I have been with this office for almost a year.. very frustrated with them...I have called on several occasions and the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing...records are not updated...on two occasions I had to drive from Milford to the office in order to speak with the Spanish speaking receptionist to get anything done. Because of the receptionist I give it 2 stars

While the staff is friendly enough, I feel as if this office constantly overbooks. Waiting room always seems packed and am often waiting nearly half an hour after my scheduled appointment just to be called back to get seen by an MA and wait another half an hour to talk to the doctor. I spend so much time waiting and then feel like the doctor is in such a rush that he barely listens.

Very unprofessional, they will have their provider call out and make everyone reschedule for a month in advance, but when you come 10 mins late to your rescheduled appointment their policy is “we can’t see you after 10 mins of being late” as if they didn’t make you wait a whole 30 days to be seen. I don’t recommend coming here because they are very unprofessional especially when it comes to mental health

If I could give zero stars I would! I had Dr. Gottiparthy as my doctor for over 20 years and NEVER had one issue. These new people come in and the first time I go there and they do blood tests, they didn’t get authorization and it was not covered by my insurance, so I get a $352.00 bill and have been trying for two months to get them to make ONE phone call to my insurance to fix it and they have yet to do it!! ONE phone call, they keep saying they will email their billing lady Brianna? Brianna is either terrible at her job or never checks her emails because she still hasn’t made the call!? Don’t waste your time here, they’re useless and don’t care about anything but getting your money, no help afterwards if THEY made a mistake!

Probably the most rude staff I have ever seen. Will not be back!!!
