Pool is heated to about *90... jacuzzi is at *103,,,and the breakfast is amazing...Staff is awesome,!!!

Nice and clean with friendly, smiling staff. Pool area is nice but from my room I had to walk through the lobby in my swimsuit. Not a big deal but kind of weird in my swimsuit. Breakfast was above average and very good. Definitely would stay again.

It's our home away from home with extended family! The general manager Debbie is fantastic! The rooms are clean and staff are friendly.
The warmth of the pool is the star of the show!

The staff here are wonderful. We purchased a pool pass to utilize the swimming pool. The price was fair and the pool is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and inviting. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend a stay here. They have a great shuttle to the casino as well. Will stay again.

The people are always so lovely, clean comfortable beds & the nice ladies at the front desk will do anything to help. Beautiful hot tub and pool also. Every morning from 6-10 they have an amazing spread of an awesome breakfast. Anything you could want.

We spent 4 nites here. I can't say enough good things about the motel. The cleanliness, the amenities and the staff. All were great. The breakfast was great, even with Belgian waffles. And then one of the best things to start the day was the breakfast hostess. Carmen never stopped keeping things running smoothly, but always had time for a word with the guests or to help the guests with everything. A great asset to a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so great.

My husband and I enjoyed are stay at this hotel. Very clean rooms, also very quite. Front desk staff was excellent! Friendly! This hotel has a home like feeling when you walk in the lobby. big stone fire place. Free breakfast was very good.

Nice clean and comfy rooms. Pool was warmer and there's a hot tub. Breakfast included sausage links, egg circle, cereal, bagels and etc pastries, and waffles. There was no fridge or microwave in our room 307

This is now the Comfort Inn, under new ownership. The previous owner left a lot to be desired, but this has now become my favorite hotel. The prices are reasonable, the staff are great, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi makes it the best choice for not only the immediate area, but maybe Norwich and Plainfield, too, depending on your personal preferences.

I haven't stayed personally at the hotel but I have had family stay there who absolutely love it. I know that Bubbles to Butterflies swim classes take place at there pool. Also, (which I have done) you can get a pool membership to use the pool on a monthly basis or a day pass. Those with medical conditions can get a Drs note and get a membership at a discounted rates. The pool and hot tub are both handicap accessible and have steps and railings to get in and out of. There are also two unisex handicap accessible bathrooms, which can also be used for changing and showering. The pool, bathrooms, hot tub, and hotel lobby area are very clean and we'll kept. The front desk staff is friendly and always helpful. They also have shuttles service which can drive guests to either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun.

My husband and I are moving to a new state (yay Military moves!) And needed a place to rest and relax for two nights. This place took my breath away. Not only are the room spacious and clean, the staff is so sweet, they have an indoor pool/jacuzzi, and they accepted our cats!!! I will definitely stay with this chain again.

The best hotel by far, Debra Watson the manager is very professional, productive, has been there going on 15 years. The hotel is very clean, nicley arranged, beautiful pool! I have been staying there for 14 years and the rooms just renovated are beautiful! They did a great job renovating! During covid they have made huge accomodations to us clients who stay there. Couldn't ask for a cleaner, quieter more roomy hotel to stay at. Also so close to the casinos! Not even a 15 minute ride to each!

The AmericInn lodge & suites has made our PCS move to VA so much easier and relaxing. They were the only hotel to accept our cats! We also truly enjoyed the level of professionalism from the front desk staff. We have never felt so welcome. The Room, bed, breakfast, and the heated pool we're all amazing!!! I would come back here in a heartbeat.

I have to admit i only stayed here once but it was for three weeks when i work for the rail road. In that time i enjoyed the pool and the area. Even though i would return to the hotel filthy dirty from work the employees we're still kind. there is a shuttle bus to near by casinos and to local hangouts. some day i plan on going back so i can enjoy everything without the creasilt. lol

We recently stayed at the AmericInn on a trip to New Hampshire. I have to say the staff there were by far the best anyone could ask for. They were very accommodating to us. The breakfast was great and coffee in the lobby all the time was just great. We travel often and hope to go there again soon. And right off of I 395. And close to casino. They even have a shuttle to casino.

Nice place, clean rooms, moderate prices and a good continental breakfast. The sunday morning staff kept the coffee and the waffles flowing all morning long. If someone from corporate is reading this. You should give them all a raise.

Clean hotel with nice staff. They run a shuttle a few times a day between the hotel and Foxwoods. They said free continental breakfast but I felt it was above that. Waffle station, sausage and eggs plus all the normal continental items. Would go again if staying overnight near Foxwoods.

Every time I get really sick I day at the hotel. They have hot water that lasts forever plus a very nice bathtub. Also they switched my room to one with a fridge because I had grapes.
