I would like to give a well deserved compliment to Shannon, a manager at Tommy Bahama at Mohegan Sun, for consistent exceptional service. She is never too busy to help her customers. Over the years, Shannon has helped both my husband and myself with many purchases. She is an asset to the Tommy Bahama Company and we look forward to continuing to do business with Tommy Bahama at Mohegan Sun.

I received exceptional service from Ann the salesclerk at the Tommy Bahama store at Mohegan Sun! She was helpful, friendly and efficient. The size I needed in an item was out of stock and she quickly ordered it and it was shipped to my house (for free) in a matter of days! I’ve always experienced 5 star service from Tommy Bahama and their products are also 5 star!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tommy Bahama. I called last week to place an order for multiple items. The sales person who answered was so helpful and pleasant. Few days later my order arrived and as usual the items ordered, a skort, top and hat were of the quality I expect from Tommy Bahama.
I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be one.

With Tommy Bahama being my favorite clothing to wear, in my opinion, the best store location is at Mohegan Sun, in CT. Great selection and the most informative employees. The bulk of my rating is because of the service provided here. Crystal and her team are awesome..Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store features a goid mix of product. Anything you find on their website can be ordered and shipped for free. Its nice to see TB has begun to offer more promotions in recent years with several seasonal sales. So, if you are in the area, roll in take a look, nice to see real customer service still exists.

I am a fan of deep blue cologne by tommy bahama. The store at Mohegan was very helpful.
