Best tomato sauce I’ve ever had. The sauce is phenomenal! Everything is very fresh and delicious. High quality homemade bread and salad included in the dishes. Really made the food wonderful. I usually get takeout because I’m too busy to dine in, but this food is spectacular every time! 🙂

Carmine's is a hidden gem. Our server Jonathan was on point. The place was nicely decorated for the holidays. House made butter, bread and sauces. Beautiful staff, excellent food and service. Thank you Miguel & Luis!

Have been going here for many years and yet to have a bad meal. The food is of very generous portions and absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well. I love the calamari ny style for appetizer, and the chicken francais as well as marsala for an entrée. In short I highly recommend this place.

This place is old school ambience but the food is amazing! I stop here on my way from NY to Boston when the traffic is unbearable, and they never disappoint!! The chef goes out of his way to accommodate your needs!! I wanted clams instead of mussels in a white wine sauce, delicious! And I can’t eat cream so the Chef made me Salmon with a puttanesca sauce!! Soooo good! And the service is amazing!! Can’t wait to come back!!

I would give more stars if I could. We stopped here for lunch because it was just off the highway. For a mere $11, I received, warm bread with toppings, a fresh house salad, a good sized portion of eggplant parm and a huge serving of pasta. The service was attentive. My ice water was refilled without me having to ask. The atmosphere was upscale with cloth napkins amd tablecloths and the food was absolutely delicious. We had such a nice lunch and will definitely stop here the next time we are in the area.

This Was My First Time Going There. I Was In For A Pleasant Surprise. I Love The Color Scheme, Decor & Atmosphere. The Staff Was Kind & Courteous. They Serve Authentic Italian Cuisine. The Food Was Delicious. The Sangria Is Excellent!

We ordered food for a family function and it was absolutely delicious!! The penne ala vodka, sausage and peppers, and eggplant parmigiana had so much flavor made your mouth watered over and over! The first time ever our dinner table was quiet! The trays were huge for the cost! We will only order from Carmines di vega for all our catering needs! Food was ready and warm at time promised!

Unbelievable food!!! The owners met us and were very gracious. I had a combo of lasagna and meatballs. The sauce and cheese was great. Portions were huge! The staff makes you feel like family. Ask for the server by the name of Crunchy! He will give you memories that last a lifetime! Small business, owner operated. I will definitely bring my family back here when they come up from N.J.

Carmines di Vega was absolutely wonderful for me the my company.
The food was delicious, everyone love their meals. The portions were bountiful! Lots of "doggy bags". Our waiter was so polite, friendly and professional! I believe his name was Johnathan.

Visited restaurant on 3/31/23 with a party of three. Ordered calamari siciliano appetizer for appetizer (enough for three) and was delicious. Entrees were chicken parmigiana, chicken Frances, & cavateli alla salisiccie which were also delicious. Should also mention bread served with dinner with olive oil and Parmesan cheese was good for an appetizer. All three of us left with a doggy bag since the entree portions were large. Service was good with attentive staff. Dinner bill was very reasonable.

Definitely going back.

OUTSTANDING! food was excellent, fresh, well prepared, high quality at a reasonable price! Lovely atmosphere, quiet for conversations, service was friendly and very efficient!

First visit with my daughter was absolutely FABULOUS! Servers and staff were friendly, timely, and courteous at all times. The live music was excellent, and the taste of our food went above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely be back!

My family's dining experience at Carmines was fabulous. The salmon with fennel I ordered is the best salmon dish I've ever tasted. And I've had many. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. It's within budget and over-the-top in terms of quality.

I went last weekend there to celebrate my aunt birthday. We really had a great time. The food was delicious, the server was the entertainment. His name is Antonio I believe. I hope im right, but he was a blast. He really had us going with his humor. I would definitely go there again, in a flash. Good food with great service.

Amazing, authentic Italian menu. This is not the kind of place to find a pizza. But if you are looking for real italian dishes this is the place. If you go in the late spring or early summer be sure to ask for the fried zucchini flowers. Delicious!!

We keep coming here, expecting to be amazed. And thankfully we are. The food is always supremely impressive and very reasonable. But Antonio is simply a cut above. He takes such good care of us each and every time we go in. If you haven't been there before, you need to go. And if you have been there before, then you need to keep going back!

Carmine’s is my new favorite restaurant! Delicious classic Italian cuisine, beautiful presentation, and incredibly attentive service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
