Great customer service, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to video games and collectibles.

This has always been one of my favorite GameStop locations! Besides the one in Branford, which has sadly closed down. Although, the customer service is great here, and if you lack knowledge with technology and/or certain video games, they can tell you all about it here so you can make an educated decision.

The people at the store on June 25 around 2pm helped me out. They understand my situation was willing to help. I had to buy joy cons from them to get my refurbished switch to start up. For laughs I found how to use the 3rd party adapter for Xbox controller. (Items are not sold in GameStop)

There was one young guy working all by himself in there and it was very busy. He remained very pleasant and had good customer service. It took a long time to load the machine for the phones bc it's old and needs to be replaced. He did not give up and we left as happy customers.

went there 2 weeks ago and the staff were good i wanted a ps5 refurbished and they were good explaining me trading for it and how much it will get me there(i’m earning money to buy my ps5 and i’ll see how it goes)I’m going to keep y’all posted if ever what happens if i do it don’t get my ps5 i’ll be able to share it. not going to forget. Also i’m excited to get my ps5 refurbished.

I was just there yesterday with my daughter and it was very busy but the staff was courteous and helpful as always. I wish I got the name of the guy who helped her pick out several games - he clearly loves gaming and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.

This place was great. On sept 25,2020. Two guys help my son fine a great birthday gift. The two guys that were there that day gave him good choices. They get 100 stars that day. They made my son really happy that day. Knowing that its hard with everyone stuck in side and he cant have a party with friends. Do to covid-19.

The best games stop service ever and great game verity and just an amazing spot. The staff members are kind and they use all necessary things to keep us safe during this tough time thx game stop for curing my border during covid

This is a great GameStop location. Competent staff, and always stocked with a great game selection.
I went into this store location the other day in a psychotic frenzy, regarding an NSwitch screen protector that I had completely botched like a total bimbo. I wasted approximately $20 on it in best buy, and couldn't return it. At that point I required a hero.
I walked into North Haven GameStop like a boss & explained my touble to the fella at the counter. He nodded his head and listened with authentic concern. I then bought a new screen protector, requested his assistance, and alas, he stood up to the challege. With a little sweat and a curl of the tongue, he prevailed victorious.
A flawless installation. Perpetual joy, every time I view my switch screen, not a speck of dust, hair, or finger print.
He legit made the majority of modern retail workers look like entitled heartless slackers!

I've always enjoyed this particular Gamestop location. They seem to always go beyond the generic customer service representative, who need to sell you something, and speak with you more as a family member or friend.
All of them are very knowledgeable with every question I have ever asked. They speak from experience when they respond, which is nice instead of hearing a response that sounds like a marketing ploy.
Gamestop in general always have great deals on used games, so that's also a plus added on with this location's review.
If you're ever in the area you should pop in and see what they have to offer. It's only a loss if you don't try.

The staff here is what makes this a Gamestop worth going to. Rating the place based on prices and corporate policy is pointless. Sure you don't get a lot back on trade-ins but that's the case on just about everything.

Staff here is always helpful and friendly. They offer the usual Gamestop services but are not pushy about it, like many other places can be. They've often pointed out coupons I had in my account without knowing it. The only reason I don't buy all games online is to give these guys some credit for being great at customer service.

I went to other game stops looking for a Nintendo switch. This was the only store who offered to help me find one at a weaehiyse of theirs! This was my 3rd gamestop! Trevor was very helpful!!!
