Kelsey Devoe is a very very good person to go see for illness talking about medication anything else that you need. She's very helpful and helping you to understand your medication she answers questions fully and she has a great disposition. Dr. Sarkar is also a great Dr. He's very thorough and helps you with any questions you might have and he answers questions fully great place to go receptionist are very friendly as well

Needed to get my dad an appointment and Shannon and Stacie were awesome to work with. They worked their magic to get him seen. They are so patient, customer focused and a pleasure to work with! Thank you!

We are going to miss Kelsey! She was such an amazing dr to have. Highly recommend this office. The staff is amazing!

I just met a new Aprn,Kelsey and she seemed very efficient and had already looked over my file before I got there so she was ready. I have a complicated medical history that keeps causing other problems so she really had her work cut out for her. I appreciated the fact that they were able to take me even though I was 15 minutes late because I went to the office on Tamarack road by accident. Most doctors would have made me re-schedule. In the past there's been some problems with the doctors kept leaving so it was frustrating not to be able to build a relationship with the same one. I'm hopeful now that I have someone who seems to care and I need a team of doctors to help me and they will hopefully give me what I need as referrals were already being sent out that day. How quickly they are moving is very much appreciated!

I was just there with my daughter but they seemed efficient and very clean.

10/10 do not recommend. They have messed up my insurance billing countless times. Whoever they use for managed billing is terrible. I am insured and 3 times now I have been asked to pay something out of pocket. ECHN SUCKS at submitting claims and the managed biller has no idea what they are doing. Oh and I have received medical collection notices also with 0 Heads up or warning about what is happenning. Also my doctor just quit this practice and now I don't have a doctor.

I called this place to make an appointment to be seen. Lauren told me that I should go to CVS and get a covid test. That test would have to be negative before I could be seen. Now let's just say I have covid. Witch I don't! I don't suppose the best solution is to go to a busy public store ! So much for the oath doctors take. If I die or get someone else sick and they die Lauren should be arrested and echn should held responsible! That hole conversation shows a complete disregard for public safety. As a medical facilitie they can take precautions that CVS cannot.
