Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Uncasville Mohegan Sun Area

Can’t say enough about this hotel. We decided to stay near the casino so we wouldn’t have to drive home after celebrating a birthday. Everything and everyone was excellent. Staff was very friendly, shuttle to the casino was very handy, shuttle driver Victor was very nice, the room was awesome, and the breakfast had a lot to choose from and kept stocked. Oh and the price was great!

Great front desk staff on all shifts. They always try to accommodate us if we need early check in, become a member and get a late check out. Shuttle bus driver Rick is amazing and couldn't ask for a nicer friendlier person to bring you to and from the casino

Very nice room! Spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was a nice start to the morning. Very close to mohegan sun! The shuttle was very convenient and timely. Would definitely go back!

Location is convenient to Mohegan and there is a free shuttle. Rich who did the shuttle during my stay was amazing. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. One of the workers actually went out his way to get towels and water for us while we were in the pool. I would absolutely come back here and I recommend it. Great price even better service !

We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Hotel was super clean. Our room was spotless and far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was more than adequate for a travelers needs. Our only regret is that we were only staying one night!

I don't have many complaints about my recent stay at this Marriott. The rooms were great, plenty of space, two TVs with netflix, amenities, etc... Bed was super comfortable, service was great. Only thing, those TVs are a bit out of date for smart TVs. Pretty slow response time from the remotes.

I really liked this hotel!!! Most if their suites have a separate sitting arrangement with television, sofa, and coffee table for entertaining or to watch TV without having to sit on the bed.

There's no door to close off the bedroom but there is a dividing wall for a little privacy. Ample room to spread out. There's another tv in the bedroom desk table section.

The hotel had the televisions playing quiet relaxing music when we walked in the room. Honestly, it startled me because I've never had that happen before. It did have a nice touch.

Furniture was decent. The breakfast was ample and included.

The staff was so kind and nice on the phone and in person. I called to get information about the area such as restaurants, tourists attractions, and stores. The late night clerk told me everything and was so polite and excited about the town you would have thought she worked for the tourism committee or was a town council board member.

The staff enough working there and it shows.

They do book fast and to the limit. There is a casino nearby which I didn't know until after I booked the room and called. There are always concerts at this hotel so Fairmount books fast for the concerts or gets overflows from the casino because of the concerts. There's also a shuttle bus to the casino.

If you book here, book early and make sure you have enough days. I was there for a relative in hospice and wanted to extend my stay one more day and couldn't it was already booked. The staff put me on a waiting cancelation list just in case but I was fourth on the list.

The hotel is definitely nice because who has a waiting list at a hotel. People want to stay there.

I will stay again if I'm back in the area.

I rarely write reviews but had to comment about how great our experience has been (we are staying here now). The room is clean and spacious, and has everything we need for a two night stay.

But above all, the staff is wonderful. The breakfast attendant was friendly and even came by and asked us how the food was. And when our hair dryer wasn't working, the front desk sent someone right away - this was literally the fastest we had ever experienced hotel service (and she was really nice too).

We've stayed at plenty of hotels with different "star" levels, and to us this is five stars - a model for other hotels to strive to achieve!

So many excellent things about this property. Rooms with 2 tv’s even. Thank you to the staff that makes it all a pleasure to stay here. As Arnold says, “I’ll be back.”

My husband and I had tickets to a concert at Mohegan Sun, and were planning on driving down and back from Boston. The morning of, I remembered that I had Marriott points, and decided to check if I could use them at a hotel with casino shuttle service. I found this hotel, checked the reviews, and booked with points. I figured even if it was a mediocre experience, at least it would be free. Well in addition to being free, it was also a lovely experience. Alex and Lynn at the front desk were both extremely friendly and helpful. The parking was plentiful, the room was clean and comfy, and the shuttle service was convenient and had a very nice driver. The free breakfast was convenient and a nice touch, since we've had to pay exorbitant prices for on-site Starbucks at the last few hotels we've stayed at. The only thing they need to address is that the bathroom has bad ventilation, leading to the ceiling paint peeling off. But we will definitely stay here again in the future instead of doing a two-hour drive home after a concert!

A well received experience and everything was so lovely in preparation for a nights stay on a recently celebrated birthday. Exceptional service and shout outs to all those who went out of their way to make my stay so special. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it's affordability and location make it a MUST STAY. Don't think about it, just book it!

Great location within 5 minutes of Mohegan Sun. This hotel was much nicer than I expected. Everything looked updated, our room was nice, big and spacious - perfect for our big friends group. The staff were nice and friendly. Free breakfast was nice. I only wish they offered more breakfast items like bacon. Also the little corner mart in front lobby could use more items too we can microwave when everything is closed nearby in middle of night. I highly recommended this hotel and would stay again !!

Great experience. Very clean hotel with good breakfast. The pool had a lot of chlorine for my liking, and elevators could be updated, but all in all, great place! Would definitely stay here again.

It's the best hotel I have been to clean, spacious a great breakfast the following morning and the shuttle bus to mohegan is a plus!! Had a blast!! Loved it!!

The room is exactly what you would expect for the price range, and certainly clean and comfortable. What sets this location apart is the uncommonly nice and courteous staff. This includes Emily who checked us in, Kelsey who took care of breakfast, the housekeeping staff, and management.. we had consistently positive interactions with everyone who works there. Outside of a luxury hotel, it is rare to see a hospitality staff care as much as they do here, and it makes a difference.

Great place to stay... staff is friendly and go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable. A huge plus is the shuttle that runs from 4 PM to 2 AM. The casino is literally 2 stop lights away

I was staying at this hotel while I started my new job and didn’t have a place to stay at. This hotel is very nice, the room had two TV, a big bed, sofa, fridge and microwave, and a modern bathroom. Very clean and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was included but I had to go to work before breakfast started. I would definitely stay here again!
