Hampton Inn by Hilton Norwich

This was our second stay here, and we will be back. We have family members in all different states, but we all come to this hotel when we visit our Connecticut family. It is well the price with the amazing pool and hot tub🫠. They could ease up on the price of the $3 water bottles they put in the rooms for those who forget to bring some, though. Other than BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLES, this is a great hotel experience!!

Stayed here due to flooding in my area. It was nice to be able to bring my large 95lb boxer along. The staff was nice. Nothing really above or beyond, but nice, nonetheless. They have a descent breakfast included and although we didn’t go swimming at all the pool area did look pretty nice. The only wish I had was for better lighting in the room. The gym though was pretty nice. It had a fairly good amount of equipment. They also did have bags for doggy waste clean up. Overall, great stay & if needed, I would stay again and will recommend. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. Beds were neat, but definitely not the most comfortable. Still grateful we had a dry place to sleep and were able to bring our dog.

Room is clean, wide and quiet. The heat is working fine without noise and smell, which I’m really satisfied.

The breakfast is super tasteful
Especially the cheese omelette 🧀 I think this is the only thing I have never seen and tired it in other hotel/inn. And they also provide blueberry bagel. I hope it will be half cut before serving to the customers. I need to have cut it by myself.

All the tableware our cleaned and neat.
But that breakfast literally light up my day.

The staff is very friendly. When I go out at midnight. The lady in front desk say good luck to me after she knows I’m heading to the casino, she’s so cute and so nice, passion, and treating me as family

The room is clean and neat. Everything is clean and well working. Thanks God the heat is working very well during the winter which has only 20 degrees outside.

Overall, this is very comfortable and worthy to stay.

We arrived in Norwich by water to Marina at American Wharf delivering this beautiful 1973 Burger. We left Panama city Florida and brought her to her knew home up here in Connecticut. It was a long journey and we were very tired. Heather at the Hampton Inn welcomed us with an early check in, which was greatly appreciated, since we desperately needed hot showers and a soak in their warm, bubbly jacuzzi tub. The hotel was clean and everyone we encountered on the premises was friendly and welcoming. With all of my travels, I have to say that these people went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. Thank you Hampton Inn of Norwich, CT. I highly recommend staying here. Hampton inn had one of the top tier services I’ve experienced in Norwich hotels. With the pool/ jacuzzi, gym, breakfast in the morning, and their snack and beverage center. The employees are outstanding in delivering service to you at your stay at the hotel. I had a well rounded trip with plenty of rest thank you.

I was given a choice of freeway side or cemetery side, so I had a lovely view of the beautiful park-like cemetery next door. Room was clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. Did not hear a noise at all, not even from the hall. All amenities were very nice.

A one night stay after an event at the Mohegan Sun Arena. Close to the casino and easy access to Highway. Great

We’re so glad that we picked this location. We wanted to be close to the wedding venue in Groton and this hotel is only ~20 mins away. We had a wonderful stay here at Hampton Inn Norwich. All of the staff members were professional, friendly and welcoming. Very impressed with the continental breakfast as there were a variety of options. Love , love that they served hot coffee all day! The pool and the hot tub were very clean and water was the right temp. The common areas in/out the hotel were also very clean, no weird odors like other reviews have mentioned. Our doggo enjoyed running around in the designated grass area which was very well maintained. Love that Hampton inns are pet friendly. We will be attending another wedding nearby and looking forward to stay again!

The room was clean and inviting, It is wonderful that more hotels are allowing pets. Our Dog is like our child and we love that we did not have to leave her behind. Thank you for all your hard work

The gentleman who checked me in was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Outstanding service. The room was even nicer than expected. I had reserved a king studio suite. This was the last night of our vacation and the room was the nicest one we had the entire trip (we had stayed at 4 other hotels on this trip before our stay here.) The room was spacious, very clean, had contemporary furnishings and an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was really delicious, too. And it was priced the same as a regular king room we had stayed at earlier in the week. A great stay, would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location! The pool & hot tub was enjoyed by the kids and grownups alike. The breakfast was great especially the Red velvet Waffles! I wanted to give a special thanks to, Nicole, who I worked with in getting an item that I left behind sent back to me. Thank you! Thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights. The location was very close to the Mohegan Sun Casino. The room was average in size and very clean. The service was wonderful. Nicole,the manager, was polite and professional. There is a gym, a nice size indoor pool and a hot tub. The tub had a small waterfall. There was a nice complimentary breakfast with a variety of items. Eggs, pastries, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereals, waffles, and more. The staff who were taking care of breakfast were efficient and friendly. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours. This is a hotel my friends and I would come back to again. Great job and thank you.

I stayed with my daughters for an overnight after a concert at Mohegan Sun. It was much more affordable than the hotel at Mohegan and a very short ten minute drive. Location is literally right off the highway, easy in/out! The hotel was very clean, staff was pleasent and welcoming and friendly! We didn't use the pool but did look at it and it was very clean! The breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast is great thanks to Milton. He keeps everything full and clean.

The hotel was clean, bright and appears to have been recently renovated. Rooms were spacious, bright and clean and A/C worked well. Pool was closed but we didn't plan on using it. FREE hot bfast was enjoyed by all in our group! Friendly service and easy on / off highway.

Everything all around was great!! The hotel is spotless. You walk through the door and you can smell how freshly clean everything is. The new manager Jesse I believe that’s his name was fantastic on top of everything to make sure things were running smoothly. The pool and Jacuzzi area were also spot less. The whirlpool was my favorite. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The coffee fresh all day!! Will stay here again. 5 minutes from Mohegan and 17 from Foxwoods. Price was great too!! Definitely worth the money!! Thank you for such great stay.

This hotel is super nice!!! They have an pool, hot tub, fitness center, spacious rooms, and free breakfast. The hotel itself was spotless clean and going in the room was nice and cool and very spacious and clean!!! It honestly felt like staying in a 5 star hotel! We were very impressed by everything in this hotel. Even the breakfast was very good. They had waffles, yogurt, potatoes, eggs, sasuage , bunch of different drinks. We would definitely stay here again!!!
