So had to rent the truck from this location once and the van 2x in the last few months. The experience was wonderful. The gentleman that works in the rental area was very helpful and explained the process in detail.

Update:
Picked up some BEHR paint and bought an appliance to be delivered. Everything went smoothly and quick and the prices were definitely reasonable.

Polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your customers return. It’s corporate, and when you have individuals like him, you ought to know you’re fortunate. You may believe employees are replaceable, but at the end of the day, they aren’t. Nobody is.

Showed up right after took rental had closed and was needing a part. Janice helped me out and ensured my projects for the night got completed on time. Give her a pay raise! Great customer service!

They helped me pick the right paint and went above and beyond to help me get my sons room prefect. Wonderful staff. Go see the ladies there to get paint and advice.

Their rental center is awesome! I rented a power rake and overseeder to redo my yard. The equipment was very clean and ran great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. I was amazed how quick it was to pick out what I needed to checkout. They even helped me load the equipment. I live closer to the Waterford and Westerly Home Depot but choose to come here even though it takes longer. The store itself is very well stocked and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place!

I stopped by yesterday I went in feeling very overwhelmed with my home project. Elliot in the the paint department was so very helpful! Elliot was so personable and made me feel at ease and confident in making the right paint selection. I told Elliot about my project and the general colors I was leaning towards. Without missing a beat and deminstrating Extensive knowledge Elliot pulled several colors that worked together and totally matched what I was Envisioning. Afterwards Elliot called over Elijah in the plumbing department who was also very helpful and helped explain Measurements for different tubs and showers to help me visualize the size I would need for my home project . Elijah even took the time to look online to help me find and see if home depot carried a certain style that I was looking for that wasn't carried in store. I've shopped at home depot quite a bit over the last year and by far my experience with both Elijah and Elliot yesterday was the best by far. I left very excited and confident with my project due to their expertise and helpfulness they are both excellent employees and I just want them to be recognized for the outstanding work that they showed .

I actually love going to Home Depot for my tool needs!! They have everything including the kitchen sink so im sure you will be happy!! Great place and very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly!!

On this day,I plained on getting mulch . I looked up on line ,to see what the store near me had for mulch. I went to the garden part,to see people in front of it. I couldn't get to it. Wasn't feeling very happy. The people putting grills together,in front of it. Didn't asked if,I needed help or went to go get anyone. When we came in a gentleman,said,hello and asked if,we needed help. At the time ,I didn't needed it. I went back in to see if,I could get some help . I came across the same nice gentleman. He was helping another person with a grill. I waited to see if,he could help me. I asked him if ,he wasn't busy if he could help me. He went with us out where the mulch was and got some bags for me. He was very nice person,so wish I got his name. I would of gotten it myself but,the people doing the grill not friendly. Another guest just went through,where they were working to get his mulch. I've worked in Retail for 24 years,I know you ask for help. I need to come ,back again sometime to get more. If I need help ,I hope this same nice person is working. I like Home Depot,and things I need and for my husband company.

We have come here for making purchases of various sorts and for the kids build event. They have great customer service in the store and even the kids build event the employees have been fantastic. The was a young lady working this morning's event and she was superb!!! She was so sweet with my 14 month old helping me keep eyes on her periodically so I could help my other daughter build her project. She really went above and beyond and that's exceptional customer service!

Always a great feeling going to these stores in this neighborhood. Very friendly customer service clerks and cashiers.The employees are always willing to help you even when they are busy doing something for someone else. So happy I moved from NYC to Connecticut.

Great. No pressure sales no one bothered me while I was trying to decide which push mower to buy. A clerk stop by asked if I had any questions they would help me out. Bought the Troy built push with Honda engine. Simple assembly of handle, added the provided oil and filled with gas. Started right up first pull. Cuts the grass nicely.

At the time I was there on Thursday evening around 7 the store was close to empty, and there were few employees available. It did take some time to find some assistance to cut window shades. That being said once I did the person that helped me was absolutely wonderful.

I cannot express how thankful I am to the team, especially Kelly, who in my moment of stupidity helped us out as she did. I left 4 gallons of premium paint next to my car and drove away. Returning later, when it was clearly stolen and no fault of their own, they replaced it. I could not thank her and her team enough for replacing it. I have been going there for some time now, but after this, there is no other store I will go to for all of my home improvement needs. Thank you Kelly and to tour team. You are all top notch in my book.

Picked up a internet order. Came in on time got notification it was there. The two young men loaded into the truck. Assembly that day. Noticed a dent in the lid. Called customer care. They took care of it. She refunded about 20% for the dent. It was only cosmetic not structural damage. I am happy.

Just left from this location about 30 minutes ago. I was attending a comic convention at Foxwoods when my prop broke. I went here to see what I could do to fix it. I'm not sure if they were supposed to but I got a tremendous amount of help fixing it from Joe and Will. They had a great can-do attitude and helped put my prop back together. They are friendly and willing to do whatever to help. Two great guys!
