I got here right at 7am and there were only 2 other people in line. There was no wait time at all and my instructor was so NICE. I had originally taken my driving test at another location and didn’t have such a great experience. I was extremely nervous but the instructor was so calm and even cracked a few jokes during the test to help ease my nerves. Could not recommend this place enough, a great environment overall.

Efficient the way the lines go so even with long line the wait really isn't that long. Nice testing area all done on computers. Staff seems tired of working there as they are happy to serve you but seem to not really care about their job.

Extremely nice team of officers. When I told them that I am a senior citizen and retired teacher, the lady officer completed my documents within a very short time whereas her colleague officer was not less than her. When I told that I am new in the town, he guided me the nearest revenue office. This team is doing a marvelous job for helping people.

Best Driving Test Centre in Saint Louis. Officers are friendly and make you comfortable with the Test. You need to be early before 5 Am to get confirmed slot for the day.Only walk-ins. So plan accordingly. Passed in 1st Attempt today :)

Procedure update to take the driven test. Found out there's a new process to take the driving test thought I'd share since I don't see it in the reviews. No walk in driving exams. You have to reserve a date, the online appointment calendar is updated every 24 (?) days, and was full a month out. The other option is to be at the door when they open. People begin lining up at 3am, (don't)! The first 10 in line will get numbers at 6:45 am to take the exam. When there are 2 officers working they will only take 38 in the line to come back at a specific time. The rest will not get to take the test. The line backed up to Dominoes before 6 am, many had to leave. Apparently, bc of so many complaints of waiting Jeff City implemented this plan. To be safe, we were there at 1:30 am, pulled out our lawn chairs and waited. Another parent did the same. So the anxiousness of the testee, as well as being sleep deprived, was a necessary evil we had to endure to take the DL test. The staff and officers are extremely kind and professional, thankful for that. Child passed! Thankful because we really did not want to go through that again. Hope this helps other parents!

Probably the best drivers examiners office in the Greater St Louis area

The wait was a little long, given that I was a walk in test, however they fit me in whenever they were able to. The examiner I had was very calm and patient, gave good instructions, and overall didn’t make my experience all that bad. The route was also fairly simple as well. I had a bad experience at another location where the examiners were rude and snarky, however the team here seems to be nice and easygoing :)

If you’re anxious about taking the drivers test, this is a good place to go. Just practice and make sure you’re doing what you practiced and things should go smoothly!

My daughter took her test here today. We arrived at 7:15 and it was already packed. They let us know it would be between 11 and noon for her turn. Even though they were extremely busy they were very nice, polite and hit the time directly in the middle 11:30. The gentleman that gave her the test was very nice and at the end explained the points she missed and told her congratulations on passing and that she did an excellent job.

Went to this office on 05/23 for a driver's test and got some really good and quick service from the troopers! Arrived as a walk in at 6:30am and I got my time slot for my driver's test for 9-10am.

Mac conducted my driver's test and he was very calm and friendly- he put me at ease. Would definitely recommend!

This place was so amazing. The testers were nice. They kept things orderly. The walk ins were put in order between the scheduled people. They need more people to speed along things but whatever synergy those people have together and is working.

We had a very long wait because there were so many people wanting to test, however all of the folks working there were so polite and patient. My granddaughter felt very at ease with Examiner Herberg. He made her feel relaxed and she commented how pleasant he was. Thank You.

I went for my driving test. I reached there at 6:30 am, still there was line of 3 people. I got my driving test number at 7:30 am. And I passed it in first attempt. All examiner's are good and polite. I prefer this location for driving test.

Had to come here three times because I was unable to take the driving test the first two times due to the amount of people here. For the third time, I arrived at 8:20, and took the road test at 13:30. Was it overall a bad experience due to the long wait? Yes, but was it their fault? No. Hence the five stars. I love how this DMV is the only DMV that allows you to practice parallel parking with the EXACT cones that you will be parallel parking with during the test. I also love how chill the examiner was the entire time I took the test, not only was he understanding, but also very positive. Every officer I met during this experience was nice.

This is the BEST highway patrol in the area. I live in hazelwood and drove out here since my local was closed. They are SOOOOO kind, efficient, and they work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Every person was the absolute sweetest and helped ease those jitters. Everyone should take a look at these officers and mimic their attitude and behavior to keep their offices running smoothly.

I passed my driving test! My examiner is great at giving instructions and he's chill throughout the test. When I got inside their office, all the officers are very welcoming. For all the people that will take their driving test, think and ask yourself " Am I or my family or friends be safe with my driving? if yes then you should pass the test. Follow the law and signs, practice more and drive safe! You can do it!

You HAVE to take your drivers test here, no exceptions !! I passed with a 90 & the route WASS veryyy easy . Also a HUGE shoutout to the whole team, it wasn’t intimidating like most offices , every single officer was so sweet. I recommend to get there by 7 because they will already form a line , but this team handled this line so well it went by so fast . Also a huge shoutout to officer king , I was so honored to have him , he was very calm and sweet & we had a nice conversation throughout the whole test so I wouldn’t be nervous. It was multiple examiners & it was very organized, bring your teens here I promise they’ll be safe .
