June and George Sullivan at Reliable Auto went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle! As I am totally disabled and 30 minutes away, June picked me up at my home, took me to the office, led me easily through the paperwork and returned me to my doorstep. Her plan was then to drive over an hour away to register my car in days instead of weeks! Outstanding experience and the car is perfect for me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car!

I spent the entire day going from dealer ship to dealer ship trying to buy a car but each place I went to I felt like I was being taken advantage of, my last stop was reliable auto. I walked in and we instantly began talking about a car I was interested in, they made the deal work for what I could afford and Treated me with respect. I had them do some service to the car and add new tires and the service was exceptional, there mechanic really knows his stuff and Doesn’t cut corners

Is great customer service

I had an apointment to get an oil change. Even though the " big boss" ( mechanics words ) knew about it, he sent the only person in the shop on a tow call. Now this was not an emergency call. The mechanic told me he was at a customer's house hauling a car out of the woods. Apparently this place cares more about selling cars than keeping its word. YOU ARE NOT RELIABLE. They claim it was an emergency tow. I suggest you all go to Walmart from now on. I know that's where I'm going.

Every single car looked like it was in an accident. Cars all have damage and poor paint jobs. Some cars had rust that has been spray painted over with large drips of paint on them, matte paint on cars with a gloss finish. I was not impressed at all. Very shady business that wont be selling any cars to me or my family ever. I would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible service, I’ve brought 2 vehicles to this place and both times he told me his card machine wasn’t working, he wouldn’t take a check, and he wouldn’t release my vehicles to me unless I could come up with $2250 in cash. The second time was Friday before Labor Day after banks were closed so he held my vehicle hostage for 5 days until my bank opened and I could get cash. I wish I could pick 0 stars
